The localization is great and the main bedroom is comfortable and really nice.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pillow cover was dirty. The shower get colder with time and you need to keep adjusting the hot water to compensate.

Perfect apartment for a week of intense Venice Biennale activity! Super comfortable bed, great shower (water pressure excellent!), place was clean, fresh, nicely designed - with air conditioning! I had everything I needed like coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer and bathroom products. I was on a crutch and the apartment is on one level so very easy (just one floor up which was manageable). Thanks to Luca and Michelina - great comms in the lead up to my trip and lovely check-in - Michelina was so helpful on arrival. Had a great week, already miss my delightful apartment in between Via garibaldi and Giardini!

No washing machine but it wasn’t a big deal. Needs a few more clothes hangers :) Otherwise just great!

We were a group of 4 people. The apartment has a beautiful decor, and we had everything we needed. The host always responded promptly and was helpful.

We were 4 people. The sofa bed was not comfortable, it was small, and not in good condition. In addition, the space around the sofa bed is very limited, making it difficult to access. The apartment has only one bedroom, so it is more suitable for 2 people. The water heater does not allow all 4 people to shower; the hot water runs out quickly. It is not possible to leave luggage after check-out.
