Freundliche Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Sie war auch jederzeit für Fragen zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist in einer wirklich tollen Lage, sauber und gepflegt. Von der Größe her für zwei Personen optimal.

Eine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit der Fenster wäre gut - die Außenjalousien ließen sich leider nicht herunterlassen.

El apartamento es comodo, luminoso y el balcón muy pintoresco. Cocina completa y con lavarropas. Buena atención de la señora que recibe.

No me gustó que la publicación no diga claro que es con dos pisos de escalera y angosta. Si alquilamos un apartamento para 3 qué tenga 3 sillas. La puerta del baño no es buena, el baño no tiene ni una percha. El Internet es pobre, es el mismo para tres apartamentos.

Fabelhaft und nah zur Biennale

Location was great. Quite and very close to the Biennale.

For the price we payed I felt like the condition of the apartment was disappointing. Air condition did not work properly but luckily outside was cool so we slept with the windows open most of the nights. Seems like they only clean the sink and mirror after the last guest as the floor of shower area was dirty, which was a huge turn off. We found ourselves making sure we spend as much time outside and come back to the apartment really late just to shower and sleep because we didn't feel comfortable to chill and relax in the room.
