Location was great, in a relatively quiet neighborhood near the Giardini della Biennale, but close enough to walk to San Marco. The apartment is also close to several vaporetto stops. The bedroom was spacious and had nice closet and storage areas. The kitchen was rather basic, but had the functionality that we needed. We appreciated that the apartment was on the ground floor and didn’t require climbing any stairs.
There was no sitting area, or comfortable furniture (for reading, for instance) other than at the table in the kitchen or in the bed; this is consistent with the description of the apartment, but was a little inconvenient. The kitchen table took up alot of space in the kitchen area. Also, the blinds/shades for the kitchen window didn’t work - couldn’t lower them to provide privacy. The check-in time was a little restricted and inconvenient.
