Wonderful apartments! First of all, the location is perfect for dog owners—the Biennale Gardens are literally around the corner, which is great for dog walking. There is a supermarket right across the street and a whole avenue full of restaurants. The water tram stop is just a couple of minutes away. The design is nice and modern, and the place has everything you need for a short-term stay. We felt very comfortable. The owner is incredibly kind and pleasant.

Mieszkanie jest położone z dala od centrum, co powoduje, że otoczone jest ciszą i spokojem. Nie ma tu tłumów turystów, W pobliżu znajduje się mnóstwo sklepów, barów i restauracji. Wszędzie można się dość szybko dostać - czy to na pieszo czy korzystając z tramwajów wodnych. Bliskość parków pozwala odetchnąć w upalne dni. W obiekcie są bardzo wygodne łóżka.
Wiem, że jest to stary dom i nie wszystko działa jak we współczesnym budownictwie. W obiekcie jest malutka łazienka, w której wentylacja pozostawia trochę do życzenia. Należałoby też wyregulować fronty meblowe, gdyż nie zawsze można zamknąć drzwi od lodówki, bo zachodzą na drzwi szafki obok (trzeba to robić w odpowiedniej kolejności).

Wunderbare Unterkunft in der Nähe der Biennale und der Via Garibaldi. Ebenerdig, daher etwas dunkel. Klein aber sehr gut aufgeteilt mit 2 Schlafzimmern.
Sehr sauber und netter Kontakt.
Vor allem haben wir es geschätzt, dass wir ganz unkompliziert eine Stunde später aus auschecken konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder
