Sehr nette, unkomplizierte Vermieter. Günstig und gut! Gute Kommunikation und Betreuung von der verwaltenden Person, auch wenn man Fragen hat oder ein Problem, z.B. das Mülltrennungs- und Abholungssystem zu verstehen ;-). Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial! Ausstattung: Eigentlich alles was man braucht. Der einzige "Nachteil" wenn es den einer ist, ist vielleicht, dass die Wohnung keinerlei Balkon besitzt...wenn man den braucht. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Können wir nur empfehlen!

The location is perfect - not far from San Marco, but at the same time it is away from the crowded center and there are good restaurants nearby where the prices are very reasonable. There is a nice park next to the apartment. The apartment has everything necessary for a short stay in Venice. It is located on the first floor and there is a staircase leading to it, which might be a slight challenge for an elderly tourist with bad knees, but anyway most of the accommodations in Venice have staircases. Our hosts Elena and Giulio were very helpful and gave us useful information.

A wonderful location in a less touristy area, surrounded by excellent (non-touristy) restaurants and cafés. The host is fantastic-very attentive, polite, and truly caring. The place is extremely comfortable, clean, and cozy.
