Beautiful place in a great location

Everything was amazing! Staff were very friendly and attentive! The hotel had great amenities and it was in a great location, just a few minutes walk from San Marco square and still situated in a quiet and niece area. Loved everything about it and would definitely stay at this place again next time I visit Venice.

Average room in a good location

Lovely quiet location but very close to major sights. Breakfast was decent value, for 9 euro the buffet offered boiled eggs, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, pastries, cold meat and cheese etc, tea and coffee. Nice to open up windows and look down to canals.

Can get locked in the bathroom if you shut the door which was a bit scary. Beds are quite small, not ideal for people 6ft+ Fairly small room, no TV or milk for tea/coffee

Excellent!

The accommodation was very clean with daily housecleaning and changing towels, with very good location close to 2 vaporetto stops in a quiet area , easy accessible by foot also. The staff was very friendly, helpful and responded quickly to all my questions and even gave me help with my concerns about another booking I had in another town in Italy.Everything was perfect making my stay in Venice one of the best I ever had.Even if it was not a five stars hotel I will remember it and recommend it to anyone. Simply they deserve the Ten stars.

Was there already for the second time and will hopefully return for a third time. I love this accomodation… peaple are super friendly, you can leave your luggage before/after check-in/-out (sooooo great!), the bed is super comfortable, rooms are clean, the location is wonderful (in between Peggy Guggenheim Museum and Accademia, each in 5min walking time), nice, safe and calm surrounding… and and and

I had been in transit for 30 hours and needed to sleep in the afternoon. There were no curtains and the sun was shining into the room. There was not a power point near the bed.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. We absolutely loved the neighbourhood, a bit further out from the crowded San Marco area.

The bathroom curtain should be replaced with another solution that prevents the flooding of the entire bathroom.

Very pleasant stay. Would love to stay again

Excellent location: very close distance to the public transport stops and bridge over Grand Canal, museums are a five-minute walk, city center (San Marco Basilica) is fifteen minutes of a relaxed walk. Nice neighbourhood: quiet, safe, many places to have a morning coffee or an afternoon spritz. Staff is welcoming and polite. It is possible to leave luggage before checkin and after checkout. The room is big enough to unpack your luggage. There is electric kettle and tea bags are provided. Bed is comfortable, towels are clean.

The only thing I could think of is only one power socket in the room and one USB-A socket near the bed. It's not an issue, just something to consider if you have multiple electronic devices to charge

This is a very nice hotel for very reasonable price. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel is perfectly located - a 5 minute walk from the Zattere vaporetto stop, in a quiet and safe area. It's a 7 minute walk to the Accademia Museum and a 5 minute walk to the Guggenheim. San Marco is a 20-minute walk away. The room is minimalist but very clean, with a comfortable bed. The room was very warm (I was travelling at the end of March and was worried about freezing, but it was not the case). The hotel has a lift. Really good internet. The staff are very friendly and were always willing to help with anything from housekeeping to recommending good restaurants nearby. The hotel also offers an optional continental breakfast for 9 euros (coffee, tea, juice, eggs, cheese, meat, pastries, cereals, jam, fruit and vegetables). Everything was fresh. You can leave your luggage in the luggage room.

All in all, I liked the whole thing. But it would be nice to replace the kettles - the one I had in my room smelt very plastic and the water had a strange flavour because of it.

Breakfast was terrific. Room comfortable and sufficient.

Although we never travel with a television as an itinerary requirement, the day’s windown is nice to check in with the world and perhaps a movie. Not having a TV was the downside to Casa Accademia. Sure, phones do the same thing but the screen size does matter. Perhaps you should make a statement very visible “This property does NOT have TVs” just as a heads up.

Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Quiet location off the main areas of Venice. Large room with a desk. Mosquito deterrent provided, which is a nice amenity. It was not needed when I visited, but Venice can have a mosquito population.

It's a good hotel with a fair price. The location is good, close to a boat station, and the neighborhood is beautiful! The cleaning was nice, the staff is friendly, and they offer to drop your baggage in the luggage room if you need help with your checking and checkout times. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, but for those who need a good price, breakfast seems to be good.

Maintenance (room 111): The air conditioning was not working, so they placed a fan to workaround it. Also, a piece of the shower was broken. None of these two problems would prevent us booking this hotel again, the overall satisfaction is good, and the maintenance problems of the room doesn't seem to be the rule.

Great position off the main drag and so it was quiet but close to vaparetto stop. Helpful staff, and a good breakfast. Room cleaned on demand.

Location.

It was infested with mosquitoes and my husband and I were covered in bites. No screens on the window to prevent this and the “machine” to prevent misquotes was a small plug in the wall that didn’t work. The first room we were sent to was not cleaned from the previous use and we returned downstairs to relay that the room was still soiled, they exchanged the keys and said nothing else. The shower drain needed to be snaked as when showering you had a pool of water quickly build around your feet. Found hair on both the shower floor as well as on the bed.

Comfortable, I always felt safe around the neighborhood. It is next to a canal so you get a nice view as soon as you step out. They have an elevator. Staff was nice enough to recommend where to go and where to eat.

Soundproofing isn’t the best, I could hear someone snoring next door, but it wasn’t much of an issue. The price was a little bit high, but then all accommodations are expensive in Venice.

Welcomed at reception and given keys to room etc. Very good location,room and en-suite bathroom clean and comfortable and good to have a kettle ,as property had no restaurant/cafe facility ,apart from serving breakfast.

Some hot food at breakfast ,but was plenty of cereals,fruit,bread,ham ,cheese etc. but otherwise nothing to dislike.

If the room faces the inner courtyard, you will wake up to the screams of preschoolers. They somehow forgot to mention this in the description. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear them snoring in the next room.
