Close to water taxi. Met our needs. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. She spoke good English.
Room did not have a view but you get what you pay for. Did not have a breakfast. Elevator wasn’t working and we were on the 3rd floor. They offered to help with our bags.

It was a good location. Breakfast was ok. The bed a bit hard. Some mosquitoes inside unfortunately.

Check in was quick & easy, and my room was ready when expected. Location was excellent, quiet and not too crowded but within easy walking distance of the Zettere bus/boat stop and only one bridge (with ramp)! I really appreciated that there were vegan options for breakfast and that my host prepared a "to go" breakfast bag for an early departure. The fresh baked vegan croissants were delicious!
Kind of spartan furnishings and I had to rummage in the closet for a blanket and extra pillow.

The hotel was located in a pretty nice location just a few minutes walk from the water bus station. The surrounding is relatively quiet and safe, with good views and restaurants/bars in the neighborhood.
However, the building itself was pretty old and worn-out, some facilities not working anymore (such as the elevator and lights in the hallway). The room wasn't very clean, with stains on the walls and on pillow sheets. I paid more than 160 USD for this room, which is not super expensive in Venice, but still the most expensive night I've spent in the entire Europe. Consider this price, I don't think the place is of good value.
