Upper floor: large living/dining room with TV (flat screen), radio, CD-player and air conditioning. 1 double bedroom. 1 small room with 1 bed. Large kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle). Shower/bidet/WC. Very beautiful panoramic view of the canal. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. Private entrance. Please note: the floors of the house are authentic "terrace" Venetian.
