Five beautiful and comfortable apartments located within a fully restored building.
Apartment 5: Located on the third floor overlooking the Calle, the accommodation consists of an open space furnished with a comfortable sofa and a dining area with an open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an attic room with a second double bed and a terrace. Finally, a bathroom with a shower on the second floor completes the layout.
There is also a sofa bed in the apartment.
The building does not have an elevator.
Guests can enjoy amenities such as free wi-fi internet throughout the apartment, air conditioning, a hair dryer, and a toaster.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

Five minutes from the Accademia bridge that connects the homonymous Sestriere to the San Marco bridge where you can visit the beautiful square and its Basilica as well as stroll through the calli and the renowned Calle XXII Marzo well known as the shopping street for its many high-fashion stores and prestigious jewelry stores.
