Effective property for our purposes. A little over a 5 minute walk from the Accademia bridge/dock at the edge of a touristy area, so quiet enough. 20 minute walk to St. Mark’s and 25 minutes from Piazzale Roma. It’s up 4 flights of stairs but nowhere is convenient for luggage in Venice .Appreciated the AC units throughout.

Property is good, but has 2x toilets and only 1x shower (not the ‘2 bathrooms’ advertised)
Apartment is at the top of 4 flights of stairs , but is clean and quiet. Beds are ok, though not great. Dish washer and clothes washer work well.
Local eating options are excellent, and the apartment is only 15 minutes walk from St Marks square
