location and size of thr flat
We understood from the pictures that there is a terasse - but it was locked. The room with 2 beds - has very low quality beds in and my friends had challanges to sleep. The shower was also working very funny - not enought pressure in the pipe, sometimes no warm water, etc.

The location was excellent, and walkable to any area in Venice
Everything was great, my only thoughts are that the sofa bed is uncomfortable so don't recommend long stays in the sofa in the living room

Large apartment in a great location
The main bedroom was lovely with a view of the canal
Two toilets
The host allowed us in slightly earlier than the check in time
The shower door was broken in fact it fell of it’s hinges - host unable to fix during our stay - said these things happen - no discount offered
The second bedroom could do with a mirror and another side table
Vanity bins in the bedrooms and separate toilet would be useful
Pillows not comfortable
We struggled to find the property as the photos sent were of the internal door

It was in a fantastic location to walk to all the attractions & hot spots but you didn’t feel like you were right in the busyness of it all. The views from the window out to the canal were lovely.
The shower was broken and wouldn’t hold the head up so you had to turn off the water wash then turn it back on the hold it to rinse off. There was also a very bad smell coming from the bidet next to the main bedroom. Luckily we were able to just use the other toilet.
