Good contact with owner before and met by representative on arrival. Good location - lots on doorstep and easy walk to San marks square. Well kitted out - everything you need. Decor is Quirky - living in a mini-library! AC (though only in living area and kitchen). WiFi worked. We really liked it.
AC struggled to cool bedrooms - though living area and kitchen was cool. Price is a bit high - but TBF it is in keeping with Venice.

Great location, beautiful apartment
Stairs up which was fine for us apart from when we needed to move bags. Not for the infirm as no elevator. Also the aircon is not in the bedrooms so it was very warm at night

It was a lovely apartment and quiet location. It had all the amenities we needed. It was very clean and Diana was helpful at check in and with checking out. My husband had to work one day from the apartment and the WiFi was sufficient.
Because of the location of the minisplit air conditioners, the bedrooms were a bit warm at night, so we slept with the bedroom doors open to ensure airflow.
