The Corte Moretta apartment is a spacious 2-bedrooms apartment on two levels (ground and first floor) located a few steps from Campo San Samuele, just around the corner from Palazzo Grassi and the Grand Canal.It has been completely renovated and equipped with every sort of comfort, it is extremely quiet, and it is easily accessible directly from the Vaporetto Stop on the Grand Canal without crossing bridges.It is laid out on about 120 square meters in total and is composed of: entrance, spacious living room with windows overlooking a quiet little square, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 2 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. The double sofa bed in the living room can be used on request for 20% extra rental fee, the apartment is suitable for up to 6 people, but we recommend maximum 5 guests for maximum comfort. The location of the apartment is excellent both for walking and for connections by vaporetto (water bus). The two nearby stops are San Samuele and Sant’Angelo. The Alilaguna ferry to the airport stops at Sant’Angelo. The apartment is also close to Campo Santo Stefano where there are a number of café bars and restaurants The Accademia Bridge that leads to the Dorsoduro District is just a short walk away.
