We stayed in this apartment with three children: 14, 11 and 8. We fit well. The air conditioner worked fine for us. The apartment is centrally located to sites, shops and restaurants. We were on the third floor, but given our heavy meals, the stairs seemed like a positive.

The property was good and central to Rialto bridge. The apartment did not have a safe which most hotels have so we were surprised by this considering it is code entry into the building and a code into the unit. A neighbouring building around the area suffered from construction and throwing bricks to the ground so the morning was noisy. Someone took a massive dump outside the unit door and it seemed others were using the area to pee so it smells bad when you enter the unit. There was also barf around the corner so because it is a dead end and public WCs are limited in Venice, it was not great around the unit. Otherwise it was a suitable unit for families and larger groups that need up to 6 people. The kettle is broken so be careful not to burn yourself because when pouring, boiling water goes everywhere and could result in a terrible burn. The property managers are responsive and helpful. The directions/map with photos provided are good but there has since been a new front door installed so the map shows photos with a door having windows above but now there are no windows in the door which could be very confusing if you are looking for the exact door in the photos provided. Thus instructions/photos need updating.

We absolutely loved this property! It was just an easy 15-minute walk from the main station, with plenty of excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. Communication with the host was seamless. The area was quiet and peaceful at night, yet lively and charming during the day. Its proximity to the ferry stop was ideal for exploring the rest of Venice. Perfect location for our stay!

Great location and easy access. The apartment right in the middle of center of Venice with easy access to all sightseeing. There is pier in 3 mins from the place, if you arrive by water taxi. We also liked restarants and shopping around the apartment.

Close to Ponte Rialto and its market. At 15-20min from st Mark Square. The apartment is old and without basics(no bath gel, no shampoo, no basics for kitchen cleaning). Air condition only in corridor, not in bedrooms. The air condition machine very very noisy at night Communication with owner not existent. Only answers when is related to pay the taxes. If you have any need there’s no answer.

This apartment had great views of the canal and rooftops of Venice. It was very quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the spacious bathroom and being close to all the dining and shopping. There is also luggage storage close by which made it nice for being able to check out and stay a little longer in Venice.

Apartment with 2 bedrooms, a mini living room with kitchen. The only AC was situated in the hall but we didn't feel it was too hot in the house. The beds were very comfortable and the washing machine was definitely a plus. Clean bathroom and in general. Easy to get to and it's just a 15 mins walk to Piazza San Marco, has a supermarket nearby, pretty convenient in general. The only negative point is, which I believe is the same in every apartment in Venezia due to its old buildings, there is no lift, only stairs, so it might be a bit of a hassle getting big luggage up and down. The staff can be reached easily by whatsapp, our AC remote controller ran out of battery and I got a reply pretty fast when I asked for new ones, the only problem is, that issue was never resolved as we didn't receive any battery so we just couldn't turn off the AC. But overall it was a good stay.

The property has 2 bedrooms and a living area. There is one split AC unit in the living area. No AC in either of the 2 bedrooms. The one AC unit was hardly enough for the living room. Both bedrooms were very hot.

I have been very upset with this property and they did not provide what they offered on the website and then argued with me on if they would provide it or not. In addition, to that the back bedroom has a MOLD problem and they would do NOTHING about it. The room smelled so bad we had to close the door and NOT use the room. This was told to the booking company and hotels.com and NOTHING was returned to me about the status of the apartment. I am not only unhappy with the best venice company but disappointmented in the fact they are selling condos with MOLD issues and I feel the company should be looking in to how to deal with the issue. NO other rooms smell and I am NOT the only adult who was staying in that condo. They also should provide a better assortment of pans and a COFFEE or MOKA to make coffee which was NOT a tea maker.

Nice two bedroom apartment with nice bathroom, washing machine and refrigerator. Excellent location. Good wifi and decent A/C. Cute tiny balcony. Note that you do have to go check in at another location, then take the water bus over to the apartment which is a ways away.

The apartment we rented was spacious (2 bedrooms, 2 baths with shower, living room/kitchen) in a great location just off a lively street in the heart of the San Marco area. We had excellent communication with the staff prior to our stay and they met us to show us our way to the location. Very clean with a modern decor. Very pleased with our stay.

very helpful during booking and on arrival, person who met us (squilibrio) also stayed on to offer advice about venice which was very helpful. easily slept us 5 friends with space for 2 more. only downside was the shower wasnt great as preassure was poor and heating inconsistent but hey apart from that a lovely stay and very happy. p.s the coffee shop downstairs on the main road is incredible!!!!

The Apartment overall is clean, bright and lods of windows but I believe the price is expensive for that value. Because its located near the market area and boat bus stop which is very useful when you in a rush to airport! Overall great trip, really enjoyed.

We boked this hotel, apartment, because it was on the Rialto area of Venice, which we like a lot and it turned out to be completly in another area of the city. Far from everything. It was advertised a view of a canal and it also didn't happen. The bathtub had an important problem and no one responded to our calls to go and fix it!

- the hotel provider is misleading clients with their description of the property which states San Polo Area, Various Addresses Venice, whilst actually the apartment was in the CANNAREGIO area (which is nowhere near). This only became apparent after the booking.- the whole process after booking was terrible with an email confirmation coming immediately after stating that payment must be made 7 days in advance of arrival when there was only 3 days available. Having made the payment online through Hotels.com, I asked them to confirm the payment had been taken already. To this date I have had no confirmation of what I was actually charged.- the provider stated that I should meet with their representative 1hr after arriving in Venice (train due at c.9pm with young children). Only after my own research did I realise that the meeting point was a 10 minute walk from the station (they were suggesting that I take a water-bus instead)!- Air-conditioning was not working which they knew about and the initial response was open the window. Whilst they then provided mobile units the next day (encouraged, no doubt, by the fact that I stated I would move out if it was not fixed), these were not setup properly resulting in many, many mosquito bites- no outside lighting so very difficult with keys etc- hot water on demand, only works if there is enough water pressure which there isnt, means the heater keeps turning off when showering- lighting in the living room was very dim

I believed we booked an apartment with Air conditioning but we got the one with just fans but not all rooms had. We had to move one from living room to bedroom. Water pressure was weak. Access to the apartment was very dark although they have timer lights. The person who received as was fine but told us not to call him if we have problem, he advised to call maintenance which is close during weekend (we stayed Sat & Sunday). The apartment was clean but not comfortable due to lack of AC. We were lucky to have good weather. Location is great and very close to Rialto waterbus station.
