The location of this BnB is absolutely exceptional. Accademia Bridge and Piazza San Marco are just a stone's throw away, and the Vaporetto (water bus) station is a less than 5 minute walk. Best of all, coming from the train station, you only need to cross one single small canal bridge to reach the property, making it completely stress-free even with heavy bags. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious and comfortable—a rare find in Venice. Christine is a phenomenal host; she was so kind as to let us check in early, which saved us the hassle and cost of luggage storage. Christine is exceptionally warm, attentive, even when we had questions later in the evening, she provided detailed and immediate assistance. It is also highly convenient for visiting the Venice Biennale. I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful place to all families and group travelers!

The location and facilities were fantastic. You feel like you are staying in a very cool artsy locals apartment. The instructions and Gigi who met us off the boat to walk us to the apartment was fantastic.

The main bedroom bed a bit squeaky. And a little bit obsessed with telling you about putting the bins out. But these are really minor issues and did not deflect from a wonderful stay

The location was ideal and our expectations were outdone. I loved the fact that the decoration was based on Venetian style. Paula was very friendly and she was open to help with any questions.

fabulous location for exploring Venice. Great communication and lots of help from Paola when our flight was cancelled and we arrived late at night.

double bed was in fact 2 singles put together. The apartment was very dark. cosy though.
