Very clean, beautiful and spacious apartment.

Should have a bit more toiletries

Its location is fantastic. The communication was fantastic. An arrival issue was sorted right away and cheerfully by the owner. Wonderful communication regarding directions and policy’s. The bathroom has been updated and is very nice. Size of the apartment is good.

It is worn. It is inexpensive for Venice though. It could use fresh paint, and other items need updating, the cooking ware is older teflon type and is damaged from the all metal utensils. Some of the pictures on the home page of the listing are not of this unit. I feel that’s misleading.

Το διαμέρισμα δεν είχε κουρτίνες και φαινόμασταν από απέναντι και ήμασταν αναγκασμένοι να έχουμε διαρκώς κλειστά τα εξώφυλλα οπότε ήτα σκοτεινά. Επίσης στο μπάνιο υπήρχε μόνο σταθερό ντους και ήταν αρκετά δύσκολο να πλυθούμε σωστά. ακόμη η βεράντα είχε σκουριασμένα κάγκελα και μύριζε φαγητό συνέχεια διότι έβγαινε σε κοινή αυλή με εστιατόριο, ενώ υπήρχε σημείωμα που απαγόρευε να τηγανίσουμε εμείς συγκεκριμένα φαγητά. δεν υπήρχε πλυντήριο πιάτων και είχαν αφήσει μόνο ένα χαρτάκι σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο γι ατον καθένα μας για 5 ημέρες κράτησης.
