Host was an excellent communicator and the flat was quite clean, attractive, and near most major attractions. Rialto Bridge is a short walk away and Santa Lucia station is about a 12-15 minute walk. We found it a great location and lovely flat for exploring Venice.

Nice contact to the host, good organization. Unfortunately the apartment was very dusty ( old books...) - not recommanded for allergists ( Hausstauballergiker). The mattless of the second bed was saggy. The pans should be renewed.
I like the art on the walls.
