The SAN POLO 2140 apartment breathes the authentic Venice life; it is next to one of the largest squares in Venice - Campo San Polo. The apartment is easily reachable either by public transport, by water taxi or by foot (only 15 minutes from the Train Station Santa Lucia).
This apartment, completely renovated, is divided into four rooms: the kitchen (well equipped with all the necessary tools and appliances for your staying); the separate living room with the sofa bed and TV; a double bedroom and a bathroom. Everything is furnished in a nice-looking and pleasant style for your maximum comfort.
Throughout the apartment: controllable heating, air conditioning and wireless internet connection.
The entrance to the apartment is from a street near Campo San Polo.

The tourist city tax should be paid at the check-in in cash.
LATE CHECK-IN
In case of late check-in (after 8 pm) we apply the late check-in fees:

S.Polo2140 is in a quiet location, just off San Polo square. The accommodation is well appointed with everything you need and a good size. Far too many emails requesting the same info. prior to arrival and then a 30/40 minute wait for the rep. to turn up to check us in - not great after a long day travelling.

My husband and I stayed and loved the location. It is placed on a family oriented squares and enjoyed the kids playing at night and dogs hanging out. Our only complaint was having the roof repaired at 8 am. But, that doesn't reflect on the apartment itself.
