About this apartment rental
13 beautiful apartments of various types and sizes located inside the building 500esca "Cà Bollani".
Apartment on the fourth floor overlooking the courtyard and Calle adjacent to the building; entrance; living room with dining room and sofa; individual kitchen equipped with dishwasher and microwave; bathroom with bathtub and bedroom with two queen-size beds.
On the ground floor, there is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. All apartments are also equipped with air conditioning, heating, and free Wi-Fi.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
*Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.

It’s about 15 minutes walking from the train station, but there is a lot of up and downs and narrow spaces with suitcases; best to take a water taxi to suggested stop. Vaporetto is very full during peak times so be prepared to wait. The place was clean and secure and easy to walk to various sites.

la casa è più grande di quello che sembra dalle foto, inoltre è pulita, ordinata e ben illuminata. La posizione è molto comoda e anche l'edificio in cui si trova è molto bello. Comodo il locale per lasciare le valigie
in bagno e all'ingresso c'è un forte odore di fogna purtroppo.
nessuno ci ha accolti, personale direi completamente assente.
c'è stato qualche problema con il riscaldamento, quando siamo arrivati la casa era caldissima, abbiamo abbassato da 20 a 15 gradi la temperatura ma non è cambiato nulla, neanche lasciando aperte le finestre anche di notte (a febbraio). Abbiamo riferito ai proprietari che, però, pur avendo letto il messaggio, non hanno risposto e quindi non hanno risolto il problema
