The apartment was in a great location—close to everything and easy to get around. It was clean and had everything I needed. Just a heads-up: it’s on level 3 and there’s no lift, so be prepared for some stairs

If you cannot check-in before 5:30pm don’t book this property!! And I mean that in every way. The property doesn’t advertise this when you book we only received communication two weeks before checking in by then our options were limited. Most hotels on the island were rented or price has increased being so close to checking in. The message however did say that if we must checkin after 6pm then we can do so the following date in town. So we thought everything was good. Then suddenly two days before checking The management were calling and pressing us you must checkin before 6pm or we will loss a night of hotel, despite the earlier communication said there is checkin in town. The lady called and said we are closing at 6pm and you must arrive by then or The property location was great centrally located. The apartment is clean and decent size for 3 people. However, the AC is only in the living room

The property size is good for Venice (a living room and a separate bedroom) , but feels way too cluttered. No view from the windows which you cannot open anyway because of the mosquitoes. No washer. AC works fine. Okay for 1-2 nights stay.

Great little place centrally located with all the necessities! Hosts were wonderful and accommodated travel delays. Super close to Rialto bridge, St. Marks Square and water taxi lines. Also close to food and shopping. Right in the heart of Venice! Would highly recommend!

Prompt communication with the owner. Excellent location with ample space. The owner also provided very useful information regarding transportation, dining recommendation, etc, which we took and turned out to be great choices. All in all, highly recommend this place.

The apartment was well located and we could walk everywhere near Rialto. Morena, our host, was on time to give us keys and very attentive in our check in, gave us maps and recommendations for dinner. The apartment was nice,big and super clean, the service A+ they even recommended places to eat and visit that were perfect for our family. The location was rigth on the heart of Venice st. Lucia, we couldn't ask for more. Ee are coming back for sure for our anniversary next year.

Communication with Morena was great from day 1 (before arrival) until after our departure was excellent. She was very helpful during the course of our trip. She gave us all the advice needed like restaurants, transportation, etc in Venice. She will reply within 15min with question with text. Thumbs up !!!

We stayed in the property, Carmen, and overall it is a very nice place BUT the location in Venice was not the same as advertised or even on Google maps. Please be warned that it is actually in Castello and NOT close to San Marco/Rialto Bridge. Not a bad walk from the main area, especially if you don't mind walking, and less crowded of an area. Also, please make sure that they give you the correct property on check in. They tried to give us a property that was not as nice until I looked up what we booked because it did not look as nice as it did in the photos. They did fix their "mistake", but given the falsely advertised location and this mistake, I don't know how genuine the mistake was. Good communication via email. They provide a number that you apparently can contact them via WhatsApp, but we were unable to do so. Wifi is good and you can even carry the wifi box with you in order to have internet throughout Venice.

Amazing location right around the Rialto Bridge. Staff was very welcoming and met up with me at the nearby water taxi station to walk me to the apartment; it was my first time in Venice. Apartment was secure, clean, complete with kitchen amenities. Quiet location despite all the attractions nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

As other guests pointed out, I would not call the apartment "Deluxe", but it is nice and fine in all respects with just a few cons that are by far compensated by the pros. So, here they are: Pros: - position: close to Piazza San Marco and the Rialto bridge. You will appreciate the latter especially if you use an Alilaguna boat to get back to the airport. There is little chance you get aboard at any other stop down (or up?) the Grand Canal which can make the departure a thrilling (or expensive) experience... - condition: renovated, well furnished, clean, WiFi - staff: very friendly and helpful. You will definitely appreciate the pick up service at the boat stop, especially later when you see confused tourists with their luggage trying to find their accommodation using GSM and maps... they also allow you to leave your luggage in the apartment after you check out if your flight is in the afternoon. Cons: - position: even though the street is a blind alley with almost no tourists, there is a restaurant at the corner, and you need no alarm clock in the morning as for some reason they dispose of empty bottles every morning which 100% wakes you up before you plan - condition: without prejudice to the foregoing :-), there could be more convenient pillows, a coffee table in front of the sofa in the living room and better street noise insulation.
