A tad hard to find but we got there. The unit is very large. Coffee provided. Dishwasher. Washer/dryer. Large bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of everything. So close to the water buses. I’d absolutely stay there again.

Location price and size of room were excellent. Very convenient and security were great as well. Washer & Driver combo was in unit so it’s very helpful for long trip or hot weather season trip. Front desk was not available 24hrs so when we needed help it was tricky to get help. Most challenge we had was steps. There were no elevator so inside of building, you need to carry up your suitcases through 3 floors to get to main floor. If your room is above of that, you need to go up more. Overall experience was good since we were in the good shape.

What an absolute GEM of a place to stay in Venice. We ended our Mediterranean cruise with a 3 night stay in Venice, and fortunately chose Ca’ Foscolo. A few minute from Ponte de Rialto, essentially the centre of Venice for water taxis and travel, we mostly walked everywhere to explore the city. A remarkable old structure approximately 500 years old, the inside was historic and beautiful with modern comforts. Nearby grocery and the kitchenette was very convenient for buying some local produce for snacks. The space was very large and comfortably fit our family of 4. Communication was fantastic and everything was incredibly well organized for us. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent property to stay at when in Venice. Location is perfect for visiting major tourists sites or to find the perfect hidden restaurant in the Jewish quarter. Checkin and out was seamless AC is COLD which is great in August :)

The property was clean in a great location, convenient to both the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. The staff was enormously helpful with the checkin process and with instructions to get to the property from the airport. They were always responsive with questions and made the stay very pleasurable. Nothing bad about the property, just in regards to Venice in general: getting your luggage around Venice with the bridges can be quite difficult, and getting luggage up multiple flights of stairs when property does not have an elevator can be painful! So if you are bringing a lot of luggage, choosing a property that has a dock for water taxi, or is easily accessible to a ferry dock would be advisable.

The staff were incredible, they were so easy to communicate with and took time to explain how the unit worked and booked us a water taxi. The unit was spotless, quiet and in an incredible location in Venice. We had a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. Included a simple breakfast. Would stay here again.

This boutique hotel really exceeded our expectations! It was way bigger than we thought, and the air conditioning was perfect for the hot days. It’s really centrally located by Rialto bridge, and you can walk to all main sights in Venice easily. Customer service was great, they even let us check in early!

Great location. Many restaurants and shops are a short distance away. The breakfast was quite generous. But noises from the square adjacent to the property was a bit loud at night. Great location with easy access to major sites. At boat dock so a water taxi was a wonderful option for us too. The apartment was very clean and had what we needed for a comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved the apartment. The staff was SUUPER NICE. There are plenty of GREAT restaurants nearby, as well as main attractions like the Piazza San Marco, Rialto bridge and others. At times I felt so comfortable that I just wanted to stay in the apartment instead of exploring the town. It is super quiet in the evening. Basically, if we ever go back to Venice I will stay here again. The ONLY minor issues is that there were no elevators or "nice" views from our apartment, but that didnt bother us. Other than that SUPER highly recommended! Tips: Please make sure you read the check-in instructions, the receptionist is there until around 2pm, which for us was not an issue because we arrived around noon, and they let us check in ahead of time which was great. We arrived from Milan by train, and took the water taxi right outside of the train station which cost us $90 euros. The water taxi dropped us right in front of the apartment entrance. However, if you want to save some money, take the vaporetto (public boat) to the Realto station outside of the train station. Once you arrive at the Rialto stop, it is about a 10 minute easy walk. Google Maps will take you there, I honestly wish I would have done that (they provided GREAT INSTRUCTIONS). If you take the vaporetto, you need to go through 2 small bridges with stairs before you get to the apartment, but they are not that bad. I think the vaporetto from the train station to the Rialto bridge is about $9 euros per person.

The property manager is friendly and accommodating . This place is huge. It’s like living in an apartment in Venice. It has a kitchen equipped with plates, bowls, drinking glass and utensils. It has a living room and dining area. Also, they provide you with bread, cereal, yogurt, water and other treats placed on the kitchen counter. This place does not have elevator so you would need to drag your luggage upstairs. However, our overall experience have been wonderful and memorable. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is conveniently located at all the major attractions we wanted to see. It's very spacious and it has all the amenities you need. It has a kitchen that's equipped with what you need. We were also able to do laundry which was very helpful. It was also reasonably priced. I highly recommend it.
