Great location of the just mins away from Rialto. Nice courtyard just outside with dining options including water/snacks. Very spacious considering usual Venice accommodations.
Getting access to the unit was cumbersome, with repeated Whatsapp messages, and digital forms to be signed and then an email just before arrival with login access codes. Challenging when your traveling with a cell phone and patchy service. The room also had a terrible odour that needed the windows to be opened. But the room was clean.

The location is great for walking around in Venice. The apartment on the fifth floor is spacious with balcony, the building has an elevator. Everything was clean. Entering with codes is really convenient, because there were 7 people in our group, and it would have been tricky to share a key.
1. The apartment is really "tired", lots of things are in bad shape, the showers were tiny even for children (the photos in booking are probably 10 years old). But as we were outside exploring Venice and islands majority of the time, it didn't bother us much, maybe the showers though. As I just read Venice will be under water 2150, I can understand that the company wouldn't waste any money for reparations.
2. It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact staff outside office hours, even though there were contact numbers given. Nobody picks up the phone. Just the answering machine saying that they have lots of phone calls right now, which at 9 p.m was an obvious lie. A family that didn't receive entering codes, I was trying to help, just booked another apartment after our two-hour effortless try to contact somebody. Felt bad for them. So, get your check-in done and entering codes at least 2 days before you arrive!

Large spacious apartment in a good location
We booked the property being one of few with 2 bathrooms for 9 people. When we arrived we discovered that 1 out of the 2 toilets were not working. When this was bought to their attention they already knew and didn’t want to respond or assist in any way in hopes that we would just forget about it. Eventually after chasing them they offered for us to move to another apartment after 2.5 days of a 4 day stay but we were already out in a day trip and was a logistical nightmare to move 9 people. We tried to come to some agreement of a small partial refund for the inconvenience but they wouldn’t agree. I understand maintenance issues arise but it felt sneaky and calculated that they knew and failed to let us know or give us the choice to continue the booking. The communication was horrific and they didn’t want to know us
