Good location, AC work great, kitchen all equipped
There were a lot of drain flies in the bathroom and kitchen areas fly all over the place. The entrance light were not working, and the Wi‑Fi was also not working well. One chair was completely broken — the seat was ripped, yet it was still left at the dining table. The room smells very bad and damp.

Die Unterkunft hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar – super zentral in Venedig, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Markusplatz entfernt. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und hat reibungslos funktioniert, was die Ankunft sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Das Appartement selbst war zwar etwas hellhörig und eher dunkel, hat aber dennoch absolut seinen Zweck erfüllt und gut zu unserem Aufenthalt gepasst. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt.
Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war das WLAN, das leider nicht funktioniert hat. Zudem war der Handyempfang in der Wohnung sehr schlecht, sodass man für Telefonate meist nach draußen gehen musste. Trotzdem würden wir die Unterkunft aufgrund der top Lage und der unkomplizierten Organisation weiterempfehlen.
