Nice apartment in a good area.

Wonderful apartment in a nice area of Venice, central but quiet. Apartment had everything we needed, great air conditioning, clean and a good size. Claudia was very helpful and gave clear instructions.

Would be nice if there was some salt, oil and coffee. A washing machine would have made it perfect but we were able to use a laundromat nearby.

Comfortable and convenient.

Great location, tucked away from the bustle of the main Venice streets, but with supermarket, cafe and restaurants just round the corner. We were travelling through Italy as a family (2+2) and my daughter voted this the best apartment that we stayed in on our trip - high praise indeed!

The apartment is well equipped. There is everything you need. The location is quiet, grocery shop just around the corner. Claudia is really great host, she was available anytime.

We love this area! We have stayed in this area before. This apartment was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to restaurants and bars. This is a great place to stay and explore Venice. Have no hesitation in booking this apartment!

Comfortable apartment in a handy location.

This was an absolutely delightful apartment in the heart of Venice. Close to vaporetto. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of bench space (a rare delight)! Airconditioning was lovely (although created a bit of an odd vibration under the sink)! Host was responsive.

This apartment was great and in a quiet area of town. The Host was very responsive to any needs or requests for information. Checking in and out was very easy. There were restaurants shops and a grocery store all right around the corner. Would definitely stay here again!

Un appartement très bien situé !

L'appartement est vraiment très bien situé, au centre de Venise, tout ou presque peut être fait à pied. L'arrêt de vaporetto est à 5 minutes, et il y a une superette et des restos au pied de l'appartement. L'appartement lui-même est très bien pour 4 personnes, dans une rue très calme. L'hôte Claudia est très à l'écoute (préférer les échanges par what's app plutôt que mail) et répond très gentiment à toutes les questions. Elle a fait en sorte qu'on puisse avoir l'appartement bien plus tôt que prévu, en lien avec notre changement de vol et le temps très pluvieux, et ça nous vraiment rendu service !

L'appartement est équipé au minimum : notamment en cuisine, pas de sel fin, de sucre, d'huile, nombre de couvert minimum, 1 seul torchon, etc. Ce n'est pas grave, mais il faut le savoir surtout si on veut rester peu de jours.

Appartement sympa, au calme, propre. Tout fonctionne et en bon état. Un bel espace Emplacement central avec une supérette au coin de la rue. La personne qui s’en occupe est très prévoyante. Toutes les infos importantes par whatapps. Si besoin de conseils, elle est dispo. Bref, on a passé un très bon séjour en famille

L’escalier est un peu raide (appartement au 1er) pour les personnes avec des difficultés, mais pas insurmontable.

Una bella casa per vivere qualche giorno come un vero Veneziano.

Posizione comoda, a metà strada tra la Stazione ed il Ponte di Rialto. Quartiere tranquillo, meno turistico di altri e con tutti i servizi, incluso un comodo supermercato a due passi. Possibilità di visitare Chiese e zone popolari senza bisogno di superare folle di turisti. Nella casa troviamo stanze grandi, ambienti ariosi ed una cucina fornita di tutto. Letti comodi e due grandi armadi per riporre le cose durante il soggiorno.
