Perfect location in Venice

Loved our stay in the property at San Polo. The property is in an excellent location with restaurants in close proximity. The square in which the property is located is extremely quiet and is great for a relaxing stay in Venice.

What made my experience exceptional was the amazing staff, especially Elda, Putri, Nah Di, and Ahlus, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Communication was great (via booking.com system), keys kept in a lock box so no worries about collecting them, everything was clean, there were plates, glasses, cutlery, iron and ironing board, quiet place, great location, everything as in photos, happy with everything

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. A lovely narrow street that was away from the crowds and quiet at night but literally a 5/10 minute walk to the busier streets. Lovely restaurants in the square, shops really close by. Perfect.

Nice location. 10-15 min from Rialto bridge. Everything was super clean. The owner had thought about everything - towels, sleepers, soup, shampoo, water in the fridge etc. Good comunication with the owner if something went wrong. Would definatly recomed!

It was a bit tricky to unlock the doors, but at the end we figured it out :). The electricity switched off in the middle of the night (two nights in a row), but the owner helped figured this out as well.

Pleasant

The location was perfect and our host communicative.

We stayed at the apartment on the first floor for one night. In our arrival the apartment was very cold and the air conditioner in the sitting area was not working properly. So we communicated with Loris who was concerned and willing to help. Eventually we managed to solve the problem by ourselves by cleaning the filters which we found out that were very dirty in both air conditioners. We informed our host and we are sure that he will take care of it as it’s a matter of hygiene. Also, our reservation was for three persons but there was only the double bed made so we had to put the bed sheets on the sofa but this wasn’t an issue.

My parents and I loved everything about the apartment. It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. All worked well and it was very well connected. I would fully recommend this place. Also the communication with the owner (with my basic italian) it was very good, quick answers.

We expected a sofa bed fitting our 2 children and it ended up being a single sofa bed. As a result, our 4-year-old son had to sleep in a baby bed, which wasn't expected or mentioned anywhere in the description.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. In fact, so far it’s the best apartment I stayed at in Venice. The apartment exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. First, the apartment was very clean, I could not find a single spot! Second, the apartment is very stylish and modern. The kitchen was wonderful, equipped with all modern conveniences and has a large fridge and induction stove. The shower had a washer and a large clean shower. Third, the apartment is spacious and had plenty of light. The owner is very nice and communicated easily. The location is top, at Campo San Polo. I’m in Venice regularly, and the next time I will book this apartment again. Grazie mille!

Not super central but more quiet that other areas. Nice square near, a supermarket 5 minutes.

It is not in the main area, where the main square is so we had to walk a little but it is also not too crowed around there. It is easy to go to the bus area (Piaza de Roma). The apartment is all very new, cleaning was excellent. They had water, coffee, salt olive oil which was a nice touch (alll in small quantity but enough to start). There are mosquitoes in the apartment so bring your plug for the wall. I recommend this apartment as went very well.

Would have been nice to have repellent or a plug for the wall. The head shower in the shower does not hold the shower head. It is not the same size so you have to shower holding it. The flush from the toilette is not very good. Apart from that, excellent.

Very nice place to stay in Venice. Recommended!

The place is in a very nice location just a few steps from San Polo square. The place is near every major sight in Venice, which is very convenient in a case of sightseeing trip. The place is approximately 15 minutes from the train and bus station and approximately 5 minutes near the closest boat station. Several grocery shops are also near the location. The process of checking in and checking out was incredibly simple and very convenient. The apartment itself was very spacious and everything looked new and was clean when we arrived. In both rooms the AC was working flawlessly, which was a huge bonus during our stay. Overal, the experience was very pleasant and it definitely enhanced our stay in Venice. Recommended!

Unfortunately we had a little trouble with communication with the host. The host was mostly answering us in pre written Italian texts and not exactly answering our questions. But Google Translate saved the day :)

Posizione perfetta per vedere la città. A 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza S Marco. Era posizionata di fronte a una grande piazza bellissima dove avevano allestito le bancarelle a tema “cioccolata”.
