Ubicacion excelente, andando a la estación y hasta los vaporettos, y el apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario

The location was perfect and our host communicative.
We stayed at the apartment on the first floor for one night. In our arrival the apartment was very cold and the air conditioner in the sitting area was not working properly. So we communicated with Loris who was concerned and willing to help. Eventually we managed to solve the problem by ourselves by cleaning the filters which we found out that were very dirty in both air conditioners. We informed our host and we are sure that he will take care of it as it’s a matter of hygiene. Also, our reservation was for three persons but there was only the double bed made so we had to put the bed sheets on the sofa but this wasn’t an issue.
