It was too far from the station and we have big luggages. We hired porter as the roads have lots of stairs going to the location.

Nice place.

It was a nice cosy appartement, the location was nice, in the middle of Venice so walking to different parts was not very exhausting. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The only thing you need to know is that the appartement is on the third floor and there are no elevators so if you have multiple heavy luggage “like I did 😅” it’s quite a several trips over very narrow staircase, the host was gracious endings to help me taking my luggage up.

The apartman is located in the city centre, everything was within 10-20 minutes walk (really nice restaurants within 2 minutes walk). The apartman is well-equipped (included air-conditioner). The host is really nice, accommodation pick-up was really smooth, in terms of arrival and leaving times they are really flexible.

We stayed on the 3rd floor.The view from the bedroom is beautiful. I enjoyed sitting in the armchair in front of the window and drinking my beer. Our flight was early. The host was helpful to leave our belongings at the property.

The AC unit was only in the living room and not in the bedrooms. We had to leave the bedrooms doors open for the cold air to reach, That was not great, Also the unit on the 3rd or 4th floor and we had to climb up with luggage on narrow stairs. Other than that it was ok.

great location to explore from

great location / great hood/quiet at night - note- 4 stories high - so lots of narrow steps no elevator - spacious apartment with laundry! ( no dryer) the single beds unfortunately not so comfortable main bedroom very comfortable and has lots of closet space. large bathroom with good water pressure. Kitchen- gas cooker hoorah - has bare bones, and none of the basics are supplied- olive oil, salt pepper ..... it would be a nice to not have to shop for these- they do have the multiple power outlet/plug ins....to recharge various devices

kitchen is bare bones - it would be nice if just the basic olive oil/salt/pepper/ and a few other items were available when one arrives. the coffee pot is the pressure coffee espresso - some people may not be familiar/comfortable/ have alternative ?

Great place for families, centrally located in Venice.

The location was perfect, in the middle of the city, close to Rialto, and also close to Piazzale Roma. The apartment was well maintained, and all the amenities needed for cooking, cleaning, etc. were available.

The sofa bed in the living room was a bit dirty, and you should be aware of mosquitoes when opening the windows (but I guess that is just common across Venice)

Silent, spacious and modern apartment

The apartment was clean, spacious and well-equipped. At night it was silent and fresh thanks to air-conditioning - though it was leaking a bit during our stay. The location was handy: not too far from the station nor the sights.

Beware that the payment is only in cash.

Little far from all the city attractions since at the city centre. But, walking in Venice itself is an experience. So, a pretty good place to stay at, only thing is, the apartment was at the 3rd floor and stairs were a little congested for family members to climb up N down. A very friendly host. Near to supermarkets.

La cama

El agua de la ducha salía casi todo el tiempo fría , lo que hacía el momento de la ducha un suplicio. En general estaba muy poco limpio, había polvo y pelusas por todos lados. En los servicios que ofrecía la casa estaba el poder ver Netflix y fue una misión imposible. El acceso a la vivienda tb era muy complicado por el tema de las escaleras que son muy estrechas.

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα, σε πολύ ωραία γειτονιά

Το διαμέρισμα είναι ευρύχωρο, περιποιημένο, με ωραία διακόσμηση, φωτεινό και καθαρό. Είχε όλες τις βασικές ανέσεις και μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι.

Η αποχέτευση του νιπτήρα και της ντουσιέρας ήταν λίγο προβληματική (η αποστράγγιση ήταν πολύ αργή)
