Great location amd value

Nice location that was pretty quiet and easy walking distance to sites, train and bus station. There were restaurants nearby and also shops. Also, we appreciated the breakfast items and coffee.

My family's favorite accommodation in Italy! Wonderful hosts and beautiful apartment in Venice.

Located in a central but calm street. The apartment was tidy and well-furnished. More than anything, we loved how responsive and welcoming the hosts were. They let us check in hours early and told us where to store our luggage after check out.

Shampoo and more towels in the bathroom would have been appreciated, but other than that everything was perfect.

Lovely Apartment with Great View of small canal

This apartment had everything we needed plus a great view of a canal which was literally outside the lounge room window! Good sofa bed, dining suite, a good kitchenettte, washing machine and separate bedroom and bathroom. The host was very communicative, met us at the apartment and allowed us to leave our bags before check in even though it wasn't quite ready. He also supplied us with little cakes which was very handy for a quick breakfast for our very early train on the day of departure. It's close to cafes and restaurants. Loved the location, would definitely stay again.

The washing machine was a bit old & hard to work out but eventually did.

The property is close to Venice attractions. The place is well maintained and the owner is very accommodating. He even waits for us even if its already around 12 midnight to check in due to our trains late arrival. He is friendly and the accommodation is worth your money

Great location - 10min walk from bus/train station and walking distance to all city attractions. Apartment is very clean, warm and has loads of space. Antonia was very kind and helpful to us and even got us water, milk and tea/coffee in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

Top location.Near by all important tour points and in the same time you can feel the real spirit of Venice.From the window you can see canal,boats and bridge,which was attraction for the children.

The electricity stops for 5 hours without worning from landlords.Venice is very old city and any happens sometimes.

I would stay at Appartamento Antonia if I go to Venice again.

Location was perfect. The owner was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was basic, but enough.

Bad value for money

Location is good

We found that the value for money was bad. The apartment is old and it was not much equipped for guests. Shower gel was missing and the towels were the ones used for camping. In the description it was mentioned that a Mediterranean breakfast was included but in reality it consists only of coffee, milk and a packaged brioche (no tea, no butter, no jam, no fruits, etc...). It would have been more honest to say that breakfast was included and have those items just offered to the guests.

EXCELLENT CHOICE!!

The house is in a good location near to the center and to the bus and train station, next to a small canal. The owner was very friendly, the house was clean and had everything we needed. Ideal for 2-4 persons. The price included a small breakfast. In case we travell again to Venice we'll choose it again.

Conveniently located apartment in residential area of Venice.

Very kind owner and clean apartment. Comes with plenty of pots, pans, and dishes for those who stay longer and want to cook. Perfect for a couple or family of four as the apartment also has a pullout bed. Not too far from train station - just a 10 minute walk- and only 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. Would definitely recommend to a friend and stay again if available!

Can occasionally hear the voices of people walking in the alley behind the apartment or of anybody being loud along the bridge near the apartment, but never too loud.

Accueil chaleureux lors de l'accueil. Nous avons eu accès au logement avant l'heure prévue. Cela est très appréciable pour poser ses bagages. Le logement correspond à la description. Bien agencé, agréable et une vue sur le canal où vous pouvez admirer les gondoles. Il est très bien situé et vous pouvez accéder très rapidement à l'ensemble des points d'intérêts de Venise. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais efficace. Sur demande, il a été complété. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés et profiter de votre séjour à Venise dans ce logement.

Świetne miejsce w stosunku jakości do ceny

Lokalizacja apartamentu naprawdę świetna, blisko do dworca. A Wenecja to miejsce gdzie wszędzie się chodzi na nogach, więc dojście i zwiedzanie nie było najmniejszym problemem. Mieszkanko miało wszystko co potrzebne na 1 noc. Było wygodnie i cicho. Rano pływają łódki za oknem:) Śniadanie na słodko, a wyposażenie kuchni w niezbędne rzeczy była zapewniona. Jeśli szukacie noclegu w starej Wenecji to zdecydowanie ten apartament daje radę dla 4 osób.
