Trip to Venice was wonderful and this apartment suited our needs perfectly!

Wonderful host with a wealth of information. The apartment is well located and I found it easy to find with the help of maps.

Ensure you prearrange check in, my flight arrived so late that I missed out on my first night at this apartment and ended up having to book an hotel by the airport instead. Completely my own fault but be aware that check-in isn't available late at night.

Excellent Anniversary celebration week in this beautiful Apartment

The apartment was beautifully furnished and very central to everything. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning was an added bonus as it was extremely hot when we were there.We would definitely return here and can highly recommend it.

If Grazia hadn’t met us at the water bus stop we would not have found our way to the Apartment. It is tucked away down one of the many alleyways in Venice. But very quiet.

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful city.

The location was excellent, it was clean, comfortable and well stocked. It was very easy to reach the apartment from the train station where we arrived into - a short hop on number 2 line, then a very short walk from the stop at San Samuele. It was nice to be met at the stop by Grace, who was delightful and very helpful, as we would never have found the place in the rabbit warren that is Venice! However, once found, it was very easy to find again.

It would have been nice to have had some tea bags on arrival, and maybe some milk, but since I travel with teabags and the place was well located for shops, this was not an issue!

excellent location for exploring Venice. spotless apartment and well equipped. the owner kindly met us at the ferry stop to take us there. this helped as we didn’t know the city yet. felt like we experienced something of living in Venice

Great value for money for the space considering how expensive it is to stay in Venice. Comfortable sleeps 4 but only 1 b

Very big living space, kitchen complete with plates, bowls, cups, utensils etc.

Bathroom had no toiletries. Location was incredibly difficult to find and had to wait a bit for the caretaker to come let us in - even after letting her know 30mins before that we were on our way. Floors were quite dirty

Great location. Beautiful old palazzo carved into flats with interior courtyard. Very large apartment with 2 large bedrooms with comfy beds. Really clean, new modern feeling space which would undoubtedly appeal to most, but I would have liked some age and character on the inside to match the beautiful very old building

Strange to say but there were mosquitoes in the apartment in march even though windows were always closed. I wish there had been some basic supplies in the kitchen; the only reason we rented an apartment was to be able to cook!

What a fantastic place to stay! Very spacious, modern and great location. The hosts go above and beyond expectations to make your stay one of a kind. There’s access to a lovely jetty which was great to have breakfast or drinks on. Could not recommend this place enough to stay while visiting Venice

Excellent welcoming and flexibility from the guest. Good location in a very quiet and calm spot. Spacious for a family of 4 and all equipments needed available. We very strongly recommend !

During our stay somebody in a posession of a illegal copy of the key intruded the appartmentn in our absence and stole all cash. It is not clear who this person was.

TRES BEL APPARTEMENT FORTEMENT RECOMMANDE A 15 MNS A PIEDS DE LA PIAZZA SAN MARCO

L'appartement est conforme à la description. Très confortable et agréable, à la décoration soignée. Nous avons apprécié : Le calme de l'appartement, très bien insonorisé. L'emplacement de l'appartement à 15 mns à pieds de la Piazza San Marco. Attention, il faut bien penser à mémoriser l'emplacement de l'appartement sur Maps avant de partir en exploration, car il se situe dans une ruelle très étroite qui débouche sur le Grand Canal, dans les méandres de ruelles qu'est la ville de Venise. La climatisation dans les espaces communs de l'appartement. La superficie de l'appartement qui nous permettait d'ouvrir nos 4 valises assez grandes et de tourner autour, la place autour du lavabo de la salle de bain, pour y poser nos trousses et produits de toilettes. La présence d'un lave linge pour les lessives, très pratique... (mais, attention, le lave linge sèche aussi à une température assez élevée (que je n'ai pas pu/su régler et le linge en sort très fripé). je vous conseille de ne pas y mettre de linge fragile ou délicat). Nous avons fortement apprécié les 2 canapés face à face dans le salon, pour débriefer de nos journées de visite dans Venise. Les équipements en nombre suffisant pour cuisiner. La gentillesse de Grazia et Eleonora pour le gestion du check-in. Elles m'ont contactée via WhatsApp 2 jours avant le check-in pour que nous nous accordions sur l'heure de rdv à l'arrêt SAN SAMUELE du vaporetto ligne 2 depuis la Piazza di Roma (tickets très chers 25€/24h) (où nous sommes arrivés en bus (3€ le ticket aller/retour, sans limite de dates acheté au parking) après avoir déposé notre voiture au parking Venice City Park, que nous avions préalablement réservé (ce n'est pas le parking le moins cher (8€/jour) mais il a l'avantage d'être ouvert 24h sur 24 et être gardé)).

Dans l'appartement, la climatisation n'est pas présente dans les chambres, mais uniquement dans le salon/salle à manger et dans le couloir. Nous laissions donc les portes des chambres grandes ouvertes pour que la fraicheur entre un peu... pas évident. Il y avait des moustiques dans l'appartement, malgré le fait que nous n'ouvrions pas... Nous nous sommes faits dévorer. Prévoir du spray répulsif... Dans la cuisine, il n'y a pas de four micro-ondes, pour les bols du matin, prévoir de chauffer le lait ou le porridge dans une casserole...
