Would never recommend or return to this property

Nothing - location wise not too far from St marks squre but difficult to find and can be very easily lost

Air conditioning barely works. You have to collect the key from a different adress and property is located in a differ location, addresses were misguiding . We went fir key collecttion in the evening and it git darker to find the property , first time in Venice you can be easily lost and when called the property management number , rather than reassurance he hung up the phone sayibg have a good day . Thanks to some local who helped us find it . No one to show you where things are , so air conditioner main power button was off and we called the mangement to ask if they know why air conditioner not working but no reply . They only replied the next day where the power button was - the first night spend , warm and humid and loads mosquitos as had to keep windows open . The next day air conditioner worked but it barely worked / cooled . Do not choose the property as air conditioning does not work , hard to find property and rude staff . Do not watse money on this property

It was apartment for individual family

Bathroom was small for average person to take shower. I forgot my water bottle at checking location which I went to pick up but there was no one to give access at 7.00 am.

Disappointing

The fact that I had a place to sleep.

Where do I even start. First of all, there's a strong moldy smell in the house, especially in the main bedroom, impossible to sleep. You either have to turn on the AC to ventilate the air or open the window. If you turn on the AC you risk getting yourself sick. If you open the window mosquitos invade the room, and if you don't do either you might die in your sleep from this moldy smell. Not hygienic at all. It doesn't end there tho. The shower was broken, water was coming out not only from the head, but from the hose as well. There are a lot of mosquitos and insects in the house, making it really unhygienic if you're planning to stay a little more and maybe cook for yourself. Thankfully we only stayed 1 night and I regret it. I would've been better off sleeping in my car at this point. Another thing to point out is that the walls are most likely cardboard or something. I will attach some photos. Also, the sandstone is coming off the walls, as you can also see in the photos. And yeah, overall really disappointing. I definetly don't recommend it. Hopefully this review helps others avoid this horrendeous place.

We've been given an incorrect address and it wasnt easy to find the correct one. We got a wet, stinky apartment, different from the one in the pictures. If we had to stay there for two or more nights we would have to find something else. Wifi worked fine.

WARNING, DO NOT STAY HERE.

A truely terrible experience, apartment full of mould and damp, a real health hazard. Old broken furniture, dirty, walls full of dead mosquitos. Never saw the owner, very unhelpful, when we complained to booking they informed us that the owner wouldn't accept any responsibility. Booking then offered us a partial refund, the next thing we found was that the owner took an extra payment (exactly the same amount as the refund offered by booking) off my credit card - beware. Totally illegal. This apartment should not be on this website.

The worst property we have stayed in in our lives by far. If you don't want the same to happen to you then stay clear of it.

Disappointed.

Except for location being 5 mins away from a water bus station nothing was pleasant about this property.

Not justified as an apartment, kitchen was not equipped (dirty pots, pans, no dishwashing liquid, empty wine bottles in cabinets). There was hardly any space to cook anything in the kitchen space, neither to sit and eat comfortably. Bath cubicle was extremely tiny and mouldy. Entrance had debris from walls. It was dark and gloomy not as bright as portrayed in images. people could see through all the windows even with the curtains drawn. Staff was rude. Requesting for an iron and dishwashing liquid was such a pain during working hours at 5pm. The experience was just horrific, it was claustrophobic.

Worth the money

We collected the keys for our accommodation at a reception desk. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The receptionist then took us to where the accommodation was. He was very kind and gave us some recommendations on where to go. The room was what we expected and was worth the money. We were very glad to see there were no stairs and that it was on ground level. It made life very easy for us as we had a lot of luggage. The accommodation was also very close to everything.

There were some tools that were left in the kitchen area when we checked in. It didn't really inconvenience us as we did not use that area and the receptionist took them away immediately. However just something to note.

It was difficult to find the apartment. The address was not corresponding to the apartment (there are several apartments rented by the owner). After an hour or two….our contact finally sent us an instruction to find our way…..

Pleasant

Great location, close to everything, yet quiet and not noisy. At the reception they allowed to leave luggage before check-in. In general, for a very expensive Venice, it is a value for money.

The apartment itself is in a different location. If the employee did not go with us (thanks to him), it would be extremely difficult to find. We stayed in an apartment on the ground floor. This is partly a semi-basement, since the level of the courtyard is higher than the floor of the apartment. Dark. Everything is old. Looks like a grandmother's house in the village. Mosquitoes just bite (turn on the fumigator). Separately 50 euros for cleaning, so keep in mind the total price.

Location is very good, but take care to not follow the directions of Google maps, it brings you to a complete different place.

Many pictures are not from the apartment. In fact there was no living room, only a very small kitchen with a movable table that only 3 could be sitting, but very uncomfortable and blocking the way to the bathroom. Heating is poor. Box in the toilet is very very small, difficult to shower if you are plus size.

I liked the place of the apartment. Staff was nice. They accepted our luggages before the check in time. The apartment was clean and smelled good.

The apartment was old. The second bad was really uncomfortable. I strongly suggest you to think another option if you are more than 2 person. The Wi-Fi was really bad.

Superb

Very clean and everything is equipped for cooking. Kettle is not provided but a pan is enough to boil water. Good location to go anywhere.Only 4minutes walk from the nearest stop. They kindly allowed us late check out.
