It is in the Main Centre and a close walk to everything such as the Rialto Bridge and San Marco. It's in a really convenient place with restaurants right on your doorstep. When you enter the property though it is very peaceful and serene.
We had a ground floor apartment which was nice and clean, bed was very comfy to sleep in and good facilities.
The only thing for us in our room was the shower. It was next to the toilet and you had to use a broomstick to mop the floor and dry the toilet. It wasn't the best for us but we made do.

Very cozy place, super sweet and helpful host. Does have a washer and dryer rack. Close to all the action yet not in the middle of it.
If you try to take naps during the day, there is a bell tower nearby that goes off every 30mins. It’s not too loud but definitely noticeable.

The location was excellent and we were met by the host who was very friendly. She sent us a list of recommendations for our stay in Venice.
The bathroom was a wet room but it very damp and mouldy. When the door was left open the whole accomodation smelt very strongly of damp.
