Located in a privileged position in the heart of the ancient Venice, this flat is behind the Fenice Theatre in a quiet area of the ancient part of the city.
The apartment is furnished in a typical classic venetian architecture with a bright living room, one double comfortable bedroom and a loft with sofa bed, a stylish bathroom and a kitchen well equipped. Furthermore, independent heating, washing machine, air conditioning, sheets and towels, WI-FI and TV. The house is ideal for 4 people who are searching for an location out of ordinary and completely immersive in venetian atmosphere.
All around there are restaurants, cafes, boutiques, museums and art galleries like Accademia Galleries and Guggenheim Gallery. You can visit also the ancient Scala Contarini del Bovolo or in 20 minutes by walking you can reach “La Salute” church to enjoy the panoramic view. In a few steps you arrive at Rialto Bridge, Ducale Palace and San Mark Square to admire its magnificence.
To reach all the city you can take vaporetto ( a public boat trasportation) from all the stops along the Grand Canal. You can also visit the islands around Venice (Murano, Burano, Sant’Erasmo…) and take vaporetto from Fondamenta Nove stop.

We highly recommend this Venice gem! Very communicative host, easy check-in, spacious (4 potential sleeping spaces!), clean, centrally located, extra pillows/blankets - truly a wonderful place. Our only issues arose during some confusion with check-out (ie, where to bring trash: bring to the barge!) and the washer being broken (we specifically chose this Vrbo for its washer amenity, so that was unfortunate). Overall, though, we would return!

The place was full of character. The beds were comfy. Unfortunately, the washing machine was not working and the area surrounding the tub is in need of some repair. It was exceptionally rainy while we were there and would have loved to have a storage option for our bags prior to or after our checkout.

The property was clean and in a perfect location to see all of Venice on foot or by the Vaporetto. Very close to the Rialto Market and St. Mark’s Square. Communication with the host was clear and concise. Fantastic trip for me and my wife.
