Location is close to both water bus stop and Sant Marco and very good. 2 bathrooms and showers are convenient. Rooms are large and heater worked well.
There is no hot water cocker or tea sets. Hairdryer didn't work well. WiFi is weak and connection was not good.

It was spacious and clean, located in the perfect place.
Huge bed on the mezzanine level with Venetian furniture. Really added to the whole city’s experience!!
Balcony looking out was a super bonus!
