Someone met us at the door
We arrived 10 minutes after 7pm (1900) and were told there was no grace period and would be charged an extra 30 euros. The guy who let us in told us he call and was told nothing could be done. Other than that, the toilet runs so you have to giggle the handle to make it stop. The kitchen table takes up almost the entire kitchen so you have to squeeze or ask someone to get up in order to let anyone out. The paint is pealing on the ceiling in the bathroom which you might expect being that close to the water.

Location, location, location!! The management company were very flexible and helpful, especially Pietro and Simone!!
Third floor stairs were tough going with a suitcase. A welcome pack of fresh food would be welcome, as well as a welcome guide.

The washer did not work, we had asked for someone to assist and unfortunately they got back to us after check out. Guests also need to walk up several flights of stairs to access the apartment.
