The location was fabulous.

No lift but apartment was on the first floor so not too bad.

Convenient next to Rialto Bridge and San Silvestro water taxi station. Just a block off the Grand Canal, so it was very quiet at night. House is cleanly decorated and has basic amenities to get us started (tea/coffee is a welcomed addition). We didn't cook at all bc there's literally hundreds of restaurants within walking distance and Venetian cuisine is outstanding! Great communication and welcome from owner, Daniele. He picked us up at San Silvestro stop and walked us to the apartment. Bonus, he has a great jewelry shop next to the Rialto Bridge. Highly recommend!

For a family of 4 the two bedroom and two bathrooms give parents and kids their own privacy and space to decompress after long day. Property if large for a few days stay. And location location location is everything. Highly recommended for anyone.

Location was great, so close to the vaporetto stop. Apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet. It's only the first floor up so, one small set of stairs to get into the building and another to get to the apartment. Tastefully decorated too! Large enough space for the four of us (me and husband, son and grandfather). AC and laundry easy to use. Daniele met us in the square and walked us to the apartment, he was very easy to speak to. He gave us some good recommendations for coffee and dinner which we appreciated.

Not a problem with the apartment itself, more with navigating. Google maps was not able to find the location. This is important because we went to dinner and when we came back, we had a hard time finding the place! I almost had to call Daniele! So take a couple of minutes to look around and orient yourself before leaving the apartment the first time. Maybe take a few photos of the courtyard and the little brick archway. We ended up finding the place by looking at other building numbers and working our way from there.
