الموقع بجوار فندق the st.regis بل ملاصق له ، وقريب جداً لساحه سان ماركو والماركات الفارهه وتحته علطول سفن جوندولا ، يوجد مدخل خاص ومصعد ومكيف ، تبعد اقرب سوبرماركت ٥ دقايق مشي ، الشقة مجددة ونظيفه جداً .

لا يتوفر صابون لغسيل الملابس ولا لغسالة الصحون ، رغم ان المأجرين يطلبون مننا غسل كل الصحون داخل غسالة الصحون !

Apartment was in a great spot next to San Marco Square. Fantastic shops and gondola trips right next to it.

The living room and one of the bedrooms was roasting hot. The bath needed some attention. Otherwise everything else was good.

A large, secure apartment a short walk to St Marcs and close to a vaporetto stop …Vallerosa. Clean apartment with comfortable beds . Air conditioning in the double bedroom and the hall. Adequately equipped .

The electrics are poor in both bedrooms plugs disappeared into the plaster, The electrics are old so standard new EU plugs just won’t fit, be prepared. We took converters out of the microwave and kettle to plug in phone chargers. Don’t try to use the kettle or hairdryer it’ll blow the electrics. An extension cable in the kitchen was possibly dangerous , the fridge went off regularly. The gas boiler just doesn’t want to fire up and give hot water. After asking for help the cleaners were sent to persuade us that we didn’t need hot water because the weather was extremely hot…so get cold showers. There is absolutely no WiFi. We were sent to a cleaners cupboard a floor below where hanging on a wire from the ceiling was the Vodafone modem , even after we tried to fix it there was only one bar intermittently… Hopeless.
