L’appartement était très propre, hyper fonctionnel, décoré avec goût. Nous étions 6 adultes, nous n’étions pas les uns sur les autres. La cuisine est grande et fonctionnelle. L’emplacement est parfait… à 2 pas de la place st marc.
Rien tout était bien. Il faut savoir qu’il y a une trentaine de marches avant d’arriver dans l’appartement. Nous étions avec 2 personnes âgées.

Allot of steep steps to climb, if you have big bags can be difficult and dangerous.

The owner Mr. Lorenzo is a great person. He came to the boat station and took us to the apartment. He gave us general information that help us to visit Venice. The apartment is so clean and looks wonderful. Air conditioned to cool us off from August's heat. We were offered cold bottled water and snacks. Everything is nice and no word can explain it. The location is only 2 minutes walk from St. Marco and 5-6 min from Rialto Bridge. :)
