Very comfortable beds, clean and stylishly furnished. We didn’t really use the kitchen but appeared very well stocked. Great to have a washing machine. Supinely quiet given in San Marco. Loved the location.

Perfect location
The beds were very uncomfortable. We had four guests with one little bottle of water and no coffee provided.

The location was fantastic, super central to everything! It was also really spacious.
I’m not that picky but it was just not clean!! The duvets on the beds had only a sheet over the top, not a proper cover and they were stained with all sorts. Probably had been washed but the stains just made me uncomfortable!! The shower hadn’t been cleaned- there was still shampoo blobs in there from previous occupants. Also the coffee cups in the cupboard still had coffee drips on the sides like they had been swilled but not cleaned. Just generally got a riffy feeling about the place. Real shame!
