Good location and the flat is very spacious.
Dragging suitcases around from hotel reception to flat / to water taxi can be annoying. Especially if traveling with big suitcase, strollers, etc.

Great location.
No screens on anything and mosquitoes were an issue. Beds were not very comfortable.

There was only one key for an apartment ment to host over 6 people, really not ok. Was traveling for work, which made it even more annoying as we were not attending the same events every night. Please get at least two keys for a two bedroom apartment!
