The location, wifi, as well the bed in a bedroom are perfect, the two separate beds have wheels and are moving a bit during sleep. It was easy to collect the keys, and 2 sets of keys are very helpful for 4 people!

It's a bit dark in the rooms, and some of the electric switches were not working.

We got a bit lost and the host allowed us to video call so he could direct us to the apartment. He was so nice. The place was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay in Venice.

Only a personal preference but we found it to be a little dark and would suggest stronger light bulbs.

I can not fault this property. I have never stayed in an apartment as well equipped as this one. It is very comfortable and the host could not have bern more helpful. Highly recommend this property.

QUICK WALK TO PIAZZA SAN MARCO, HAD A LITTLE CAFE NEXT DOOR ALTHOUGH IT WAS PRICEY,IT WAS ON THE GROUND FLOOR ALTHOUGH THERE WAS A STEAP STAIR CASE TO THE SECOND FLOOR. GOOD AMMENITIES - WASHER , DRYER , FRIDGE. THE HOST WAS VERY NICE IN GIVING US AN ADAPTER PLUG FOR THE OUTLET, WHICH WAS DIFFERENT TO THE ONE WE HAD BROUGHT WITH US. WE WERE VERY GRATEFUL.

THE APARTMENT IS IN IT'S OWN LITTLE PIAZZA, THE ENTRANCE (OF THE PIAZZA) SMELT STRONGLY OF SEWERAGE ON OUR ARRIVAL. THE ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT WAS SMELLY AND THE AIR VERY STALE. ONLY HAD ONE BATHROOM WHICH WAS UPSTAIRS. THE SPA WAS STAINED AND THE SPA BATH PLUG DIDN'T CLOSE PROPERLY SO YOU COULDN'T USE THE BATH ANYWAY. THE APARTMENT IS ECCENTRICALLY DECORATED WITH A MOSAIC ON THE FLOOR AT THE BOTTOM OF THE STAIRS OF AN UNCLOTHED SPREAD-EAGLED WOMAN AND WILL NOT BE TO EVERYONE'S TASTE - ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAVE CHILDREN. A UNIQUE STAY.
