Modern apartment in the Historic Centre of Venice located on the first floor, one minute from St. Mark's Square and five minutes from the Rialto Bridge, we are in the most exclusive location in all of Venice. The apartment consists of a living room with a dining table, a complete kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upon request 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Unit was perfectly furnished, bed was very comfortable, sofa bed was two. Location was right in the middle of everything, everything was clean and worked fine.

Absolutely loved the location. Not sure it could have been better. The little cafe across the street was the perfect place to start your day. Fast, efficient and friendly. The room itself as great. I hade reservations about my 2 kids sharing a pullout but it was quite comfortable. Also, i think the pillows in the bedroom were the most comfortable i have ever used. Loved being on the small side streets ...really gives you a better experience of everyday life there. Getting lost on these side streets was such a fun way to explore

We spent 3 nights here and the home was close to our planned events so we walked everywhere. Nice and clean, we used the microwave a lot. In Italy you need to bring your own napkins, paper towels and tissues. There was a small washing machine but we didn’t use it. We enjoyed the air conditioning though! Thanks for making our Venice trip so pleasant.
