Elegant apartment in authentic Venetian style, located just 100 metres from St Mark's Square, in the heart of Venice's most exclusive area. The apartment is on the third floor, easily accessible thanks to the lift, a rare convenience in the city. Comprising a spacious living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, an additional small lounge that can also be used as a wardrobe, and two bathrooms with bathtub. An extra bed is available upon request, with a maximum capacity of 5 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The apartment was very clean and exactly like the description. It was conveniently located near the San Marco water taxi stop. It is in a "more expensive" area, we were surrounded by designer stores and ristorantes, but that added to the charm. There is a small elevator in the building that fits 1 person and 2 large suitcases, or 2 people. That is convenient, as the apartment is on the third floor.The host team was very responsive to communications, which was nice as we learned that running too many appliances (washer and the stove) would trip the main breakers. They also fixed a broken light in the bathroom the day of when we contacted them.This was a great place to stay. Perfect size for a large group of people (we were 6 in total) in a nice location.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The host was very responsive. The only issue we had was that our usual navigation app had no idea how to find the apartment based on the address. Once we switched to another app we had no issues finding it.
