The location was excellent! Well stocked with towels and kitchen facilities with washing machine was great! Loved the breeze we were able to achieve through the apartment by opening the windows. Loved the welcome bubbly 🥂
The main bed mattress needs replacing. One side is broken down. Still comfortable on the other side.

Excellent location right in the heart of Venice
Spacious apartment with full kitchen
Host are very nice and good communication
Beds are comfortable
Thin walls and ceiling, you can easily hear the people walking and speaking above you. Bring ear plugs.
Hot water heater is very noisy when you used so avoid using it when other people are sleeping

Location
No instructions on washing machine and we asked him to come by the next day to teach us and he said he’s out of town
Not enough toilet paper papers and when we asked for more toilet papers he said he would have to charge us. As you enter, the place smells like corn tortillas.
