Love the location, very central, close to supermarkets and great food. The apartment was very clean and well fitted with everything we needed. Wish we could've stayed longer !
Staying right next to the bell tower was annoying to get woken up to, but ear plugs fixed that issue.

Location was great, cleanliness was very good
Two bathrooms was also very good

It was easy to get in and out - collecting the keys and depositing them back to the Dropbox. I could reach someone via email if I needed to ask anything which was good
Apartment was warm when we arrived which was nice as it was quite cold
Bathroom products could be a bit more luxurious, it would add a nice touch
Discovered a crack in the floor covered by a rug which wasn’t ideal but luckily we weren’t walking about barefoot - and it was easy to avoid it
Couldn’t quite work out how to turn heating down or off - there were no instructions
Main door to building was difficult to get into as heavy and warped / it might need looking at

The property was in an excellent location and had ample space for our family of 6, including 2 grandparents.
There was no hot water. The beds were not very comfortable.
