Great property. Very clean and completely renovated. Bathroom has a large shower. Sound proofing of room is excellent as it is in the middle of San Marco so needless to say, a busy area. Turn left out of the building, left next alleyway and you are in Piazza San Marco. Luca met us at the nearest vaporetto stop and it is a 7 min walk. Great communication from the owner. There are bowls and plates and cutlery plus microwave so you can have breakfast if you want. It is on the second floor so you have to carry luggage up stairs, as per normal in Italy.

This is a lovely property located in the centre of Venice San Marco with excellent shops and restaurants on the door step. Very comfortable with air conditioning and you are met at the water boat by one of the owners (Alessandra or Luca). Good timely communication and information during booking process with owners. There is a fridge and microwave and chilled water and snacks upon arrival.

The property is great overall. Whilst not a criticism, a slightly larger fridge would be beneficial to guests for keeping a larger number of water bottles chilled during their stay.

The host was very friendly and helpful with information. The location was great, room was quiet with the extra shutters closed at night. The mini fridge was nice to have. Air conditioning worked good. The bathroom amenities were nice (shower gel and shampoo) and the room was nicely decorated.

Picture of room showed a red couch with a slider door, which appeared to be able to seperate it from the main room, but that photo didn't correspond to the room we booked. Blue light on light switch was annoying at night. Lacked anywhere to hang clothes or a luggage rack to put a suitcase up off the floor.
