The best position in Venice, at 30 mt from San Marco square

This apt was perfect for our family of two adults and two teens. Communication beforehand and throughout was ample and helpful; additional documentation within the apt was helpful as well. We appreciated the opportunity to check-in a bit early.The location is fantastic; very close to Piazza San Marco but on a quaint calle so is fairly quiet at night. The apartment is clean and as described/photographed. We used the kitchen for breakfasts; it was equipped well for simple meals; as others mentioned, there is a cooktop.I would stay here again and recommend this property.

The place is clean and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The host was extremely helpful and thoughtful, providing a detailed booklet filled with recommendations and useful information to enjoy the city of Venice—this really enhanced our experience and helped us discover spots we might have otherwise missed. The location is truly unmatched. Being just a short walk from Piazza San Marco made everything incredibly convenient, whether we wanted to explore early in the morning before the crowds or return in the evening to enjoy the atmosphere. Despite being so centrally located, the accommodation still felt like a peaceful retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. The combination of cleanliness, attentive hosting, and a prime location made it an ideal base for exploring Venice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and perfectly situated place in the heart of the city.

This property is very easy to get to. Extremely close to San Marco Square.

Overall was good but listing looks like more beds than there are. Listed 2 queens and there is one queen in 1 room and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. I booked wanting 2 queen beds. There is a couch that may pull out did not check but it’s in the living area. Host was also 35 min. Late to check us in.
