Loved the location over looks a canal great to watch the gondolas go past. The size of the apartment is huge and has an outdoor terrace. The air-conditioning works really throughout.
Unfortunately the apartment is old and really needs some attention, there's paint peeling, damp walls.
The beds and pillows need replacing, not enough kitchenware for number of guests staying only 2 mugs and 1 wine glass. A small starter pack would have been great, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water.
Dark smelly entrance and apartment on the top floor 3 levels with no lifts. Feel it's overpriced.

Nice quiet location but close to attractions
Two of the bathroom toilet seats were not secured properly. Upper bathroom shower did not drain well.

The location was perfect and the rooms all had bathrooms and really good sizes
The apartment needed a little TLC especially in the lounge.

We got lots of bites from insects living in the apartment.
