A good base for visiting Venice.

Quiet location with easy access to the sights. Comfortable bed. The apartment served our purpose well. There are lots of eateries nearby.

It was rather cluttered and basic, trying to accommodate too many beds for the size of the accommodation. The bathroom is very small, which was fine for two of us but challenging for a group or family.

Lovely Quiet Stay in Venice

After the wilds of walking around and experiencing Carnevale, it was nice to kick back my feet in a quiet part of town. The bed was so comfortable, and I absolutely loved sitting in the living room with some of the windows open. There are a couple of grocery stores nearby so it makes cooking your own meal in the kitchen really nice. Security takes a bit to get used to, but you find it's pretty nice not having to worry about keys! (Tip: be sure to have a phone or app that handles Italian numbers!)

Awesome home!!

We arrived early from airplane. Nice host & housekeeper helped get in. No internet between buildings in Venice- 1st for us in Venice. It’s similar issue in NYC or SF Thanks for patience and phone call.

Owner frustrated I didn’t save info he emailed on my phone (picture of internet would have worked, I forgot). Tell me about internet access on island in 1st email so person gets warning. Hopefully, we didn’t frustrate him too much.

Find a better place.

Location is outside of the city centre but it is not hard to reach. Public transport (vaporetto) stop is 15 minutes walk away. WiFi was OK.

Bedroom air conditioning was not working. Living room air conditioning remote control batteries were out. Had to replace with own batteries, host didnt provide new ones. Host didn't help with problems when contacted. Shower was full of mold. Grout was disgusting. No nightstand lights in bedroom. Just ceiling light and a floor lamp. You're expected to leave all the kitchen plates clean. The kitchen has a dishwasher. Makes me think they don't really check that everything is clean from previous guests. Every morning around 8:00 the garbage man rings the bell. They ring all apartments to get someone to open the building door, but still it can be annoying as it's not your house and you don't know what's going on. Easiest is to just not answer and someone else will open the building door.

Чудове розташування, зовсім поряд з будинком знаходиться красивий канал, поряд є кафе/ресторани. До магазину 8-10 хв. Квартира була оснащена усім необхідним, зручне ліжко, на кухні можна знайти усе необхідне для приготування їжі, а також кави/чаю. Зручне ліжко. Загалом в квартирі може поміститися 4-6 людини, тож можна залишатися великою родиною Дуже легке заселення. Дуже чемні та добрі власники нерухомості

Я б рекомендував замінити лійку для душу, бо вона була поламаною.

Ήταν πολύ εξοπλισμένο το δωμάτιο αρκετές πετσέτες είδη προσωπικής φροντίδας μπρίκια κατσαρόλες τηγάνια κλπ πλυντήριο πιάτων βέβαια είχε και πλυντήριο ρούχων και στεγνωτήριο αλλά όχι απορρυπαντικό

Πολύ σκοτεινό σπίτι, φουλ υγρασία σκασμένα τα έπιπλα και όχι πολύ καθαρό μύριζε υγρασία. Μέσα στο «πλυσταριό» τελείως αφρόντιστος και βρώμικος χώρος

Soggiorno molto rilassante e tranquillo in questa parte di Venezia molto silenziosa ma vicina a tanti servizi. I proprietari della struttura sono stati molto gentili visto che ci hanno consigliato dove mangiare e a quali attrazioni andare durante il soggiorno. Camera pulita , molto carina e accogliente.

Ottimo alloggio in Venezia

Bellissimo appartamento, dotato di ogni confort e di tutto quello che serve per un comodo soggiorno. Al nostro arrivo era tutto in perfetto ordine, molto pulito. Comunicazione con l'host ottima, già nei giorni precedenti ci ha fornito molte informazioni sul check in e su come raggiungere l'appartamento. Check in semplicissimo. La zona è molto tranquilla, ma nello stesso tempo vicinissima a tutti i punti di interesse della città. Ci siano trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo molto.
