The apartment is in a nice and calm building complex with a beautiful garden. It is located on a third floor of the building that has an elevator. It includes all the necessary items for one to feel at home. We stayed as a large family with a kid and also elderly parents and all of us liked the place. Vaporetto station (Giudecca Palanca) and airport boat station (Hilton Molino Stucky) are both in close walking distances. It is a quiet neighborhood but still has easy access to restaurants and grocery shop.
Patch of Eden is in Giudecca, which is a small island just opposite to San Polo and San Marco, where the main and most famous attractions in Venice are located. This is why, one would need to take waterbus (vaporetto) to reach these and keep in mind the timetable, even though the vaporetto runs frequently until midnight. The access to Piazza San Marco is easy with four stops. Francesca was a great host, and she was helpful on all matters.

Francesca er en fantastisk vært .Vi elskede at bo i Patch of Eden. Vi havde 5 overnatninger. Lejligheden er på 3. Sal med elevator. Fuldt udstyret, også køkkenet. Endda også kaffe-kapsler til kaffemaskinen.
Lejligheden er rummelig og meget behagelig at bo i. Med gode senge, også den store sovesofa i stuen. Og med balcon i stuen med udsigt til haven. Roligt boligområde, med vandet lige rundt om hjørnet.

Отличное месторасположение. Тихое и спокойное. Но при этом очень быстро можно добраться до площади Сан Марко( 4 остановки на речном трамвайчике)
Ни каких замечаний! Все отлично! Азия встретила на причале, проводила до квартиры и все показала. Квартира отличная, все есть. Замечательный парк перед домом.
