Lokalizacja super. Apartament zadbany , przestronny. Kontakt z właścicielem wzorowy. Bieżąca , ciepła i zimna woda . Działające ogrzewanie. Telewizor z Netflixem ale z tego korzystaliśmy najmniej - kto ma czas na Tv będąc w Wenecji. Cisza i spokój. Pościel i ręczniki na miejscu.
Słabe wi-fi - rozłączało co chwile telefony. Raz trzeba było prosić sąsiada o ściszenie muzyki po g.23 - jedyne mieszkanie nie pod wynajem. Drugi raz sam się zreflektował o g.24... Łazienka najsłabszym elementem w apartamencie. Czas się w niej zatrzymał lata temu...

La localizacion es insuperable! Esta en un area tranquila en Dorsoduro y tienes todo lo que necesitas a unos pocos minutos a pie, como Osteriaas, cafes, supermercado. El departamento esta en la ultima planta (3er piso) por escalera, por lo que la vista es muy bella. Tienes elementos para cocinar si asi lo deseas y las camas son muy comodas.
Tengo que decir que el vecino, que creo es un residente permanente, ha puesto musica hasta la medianoche el dia que llegamos y no pudimos dormir. Al segundo dia paso lo mismo y fui a tocarle su puerta para que baje el volumen, ya que el horario de silencio es a partir de las 10pm, y no fue un momento agradable por ponerlo en palabras sutiles.
La ducha tiene perdida de agua.

Bra läge i ett lugnt område. Stora ytor och allt fanns i lägenheten som vi behövde. Bra bemötande av värden och kontakt med värden som svarade på meddelanden snabbt på ett trevligt sätt. Var inga problem med att checka in tidigt eller lämna bagaget på utcheckningsdagen.
Wifi fungerade tyvärr inte, uppkopplade men kunde inte söka något online. Dåligt städat och diskat. Lägenheten ligger på andra våning så många trappsteg.
