It was everything I wanted and more.

A most magnificent place. Location is in a quiet canal street and the views over the rooftops of venice, of the gardens behind, and of the bell towers was unforgettable. Great food and bars just a short stroll. We were a family of 5 adults and we were very comfortable.

Couldn't lock open some shutters. 3 flights of stairs would be a turn off for some. But I would stay here again without hesitation.

Cute rustic attic apartment in chilled Venice suburb.

Dorsoduro is a great location to stay in, with a walking distance to the train, near the bus station, and also close to the busy St. Mark's Square, yet tucked away from the crowds. The apartment is a short walk to the ferry wharfs of Zattere and Ca' Razzonico—many nice restaurants in the area. This is a rustic apartment in an old building, located on the upper floor, offering views across the terracotta rooftops. The street and the apartment are quiet.

This did not bother us, but the apartment may not be suitable for those who dislike stairs, are unfit, or have excessive luggage. It's a climb of 64 steps.

We stay for 2 nights, having a washing machine is a plus, as we got many days to go

We stay the highest floor, no lift, need to carry our luggage all the way up, is very challenging with big luggage

Location is just perfect. Spacious apartment, good use of kitchen, and fridge.

Shower is unpredictable. Boiler problem. Sometime we get super hot water and other times only cold, after runnning it for 10 mins. Needs some sort of fixing.

Good for exploring

The apartment is big, 2 bedrooms, situated in very quiet are of Venice. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The main attractions are 15-20 minutes walking distance. Nice view over the rooftops of Venice. Good for couples or group of friends.

Could be cleaner and need some more things, like an espresso machine, table ware, glasses.

Highly recommended apartment, good value for money, best quiet location, walking distance to centre.

The location in quiet but close to the city center street and the views from windows were great! It was very quiet and spacious. Perfect for family. Appartment was equipped with all you need to cook your own meals if needed. The host let us leave the luggage in the rooms early morning.

the only thing that could have been better was shower. The water presure was rather poor. The water temperature is also really difficult to control, but this did not spoil our stay.

Cosy acommodation. House is 700 years old. You can feel Venetian spirit. We were excited by rooms. Everything was OK. Rooms were equiped by everyrhing you could need. This was best acommodations in Venice Which I visited. Owner is very friendly. I asked him for some details and he helped us as much as possible

We lived in top floor, so 64 steps to rooms is not good for old people. But you must to calcute with it before ordering. Restaurant under hotel is expensively. You could find cheaper one and better around in Dorsoduro

Clearly refurbished to a high standard albeit a few years ago. Very spacious, especially by Venice’s normally low standards.

Very poor attention to maintenance. Gas wouldn’t light; staff member promised to bring a proper lighter but we never saw him again. Door to freezer compartment on fridge was missing and fridge was turned up, resulting in a ruined breakfast because what we bought in the evening was frozen by the time we were ready for breakfast the following morning. Shower had black mold around the joints at its base and the door sealing was hanging off. Had the impression maybe new ownership and/or management did not live up to good standards of when apartment was first refurbished. We are regular visitors to Dorsoduro and we won’t be coming to this one again, despite it’s being basically a nice apartment.

Hermoso alojamiento en los canales.

La localizacion es insuperable! Esta en un area tranquila en Dorsoduro y tienes todo lo que necesitas a unos pocos minutos a pie, como Osteriaas, cafes, supermercado. El departamento esta en la ultima planta (3er piso) por escalera, por lo que la vista es muy bella. Tienes elementos para cocinar si asi lo deseas y las camas son muy comodas.

Tengo que decir que el vecino, que creo es un residente permanente, ha puesto musica hasta la medianoche el dia que llegamos y no pudimos dormir. Al segundo dia paso lo mismo y fui a tocarle su puerta para que baje el volumen, ya que el horario de silencio es a partir de las 10pm, y no fue un momento agradable por ponerlo en palabras sutiles. La ducha tiene perdida de agua.

ubicación, amplio, aire acondicionado, utensilios de cocina, habitaciones cómodas, baño amplio, un buen apartamento bien ubicado para conocer Venecia

lo único que deberían mejorar es poner una contraventana en una ventana de la habitación principal que hace que entre luz desde que amanece, y limpiar un poco el polvo de las vigas de madera que estaban muy sucias.

Bra läge i ett lugnt område. Stora ytor och allt fanns i lägenheten som vi behövde. Bra bemötande av värden och kontakt med värden som svarade på meddelanden snabbt på ett trevligt sätt. Var inga problem med att checka in tidigt eller lämna bagaget på utcheckningsdagen.

Wifi fungerade tyvärr inte, uppkopplade men kunde inte söka något online. Dåligt städat och diskat. Lägenheten ligger på andra våning så många trappsteg.

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja apartamentu. Apartament czysty i klimatyczny. W bezpiecznej okolicy - nie baliśmy się wyjść do centrum nocą, Klatkę obok restauracja. Blisko do taniego marketu.

Problem z włączeniem klimatyzacji ( albo nie umiałam, albo zepsuta była), zgłoszone do obsługi, która miała się pojawić i sprawdzić problem, ale do tego spotkania nie doszło, Uratowały nas wiatraki znajdujące się w apartamencie.

Gut gelegene FeWo mit tollem Ambiente

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und war durchweg sauber. Tolles Ambiente und gute Lage mit Blick auf Grünflächen. Die Betten waren bequem und das Bad ausreichend groß.

Relativ enges, steiles Treppenhaus und FeWo im 2. OG. Deshalb kleinere Gepäckstücke zu empfehlen. Die Küchenausstattung (Spülsachen, Küchenrolle, funktionierendes Feuerzeug für Gasherd, ...) könnte optimiert werden.

Apartamento MARAVILHOSO!! Ótima localização, casa e roupa de cama limpinhas! Igualzinho as fotos. Sempre prestativos na comunicação, deixaram até guardar as malas no escritório após o check out. Ap muito bem equipado, enfim ÓTIMO!!!

Abitare e sentirsi Veneziani per qualche giorno

Bellissima posizione, appartamento ben tenuto ed attrezzato, spazioso e con architettura tipica. Indicazioni chiarissime, dotazioni ottime, host gentile e professionale, molto accogliente. La zona è tranquilla , ma vicino al centro storico. Ci siamo sentiti Veneziani per qualche giorno abitando a Ca' Turchette.

L'unico neo che segnalo quale possibile miglioramento è la dotazione di pentole/padelle per cucinare, un po' scarsa per 4 persone. Ho apprezzato fare la spesa al mercato del pesce di Rialto, ma ho dovuto adattarmi alle attrezzature presenti. Anche un forno , oltre al microonde già presente, non guasterebbe per chi si ferma qualche giorno e desidera cucinare da sé, vista anche la presenza di mercati ed interessanti negozi di alimentari nei dintorni.

Im Treppenhaus funktioniert das Licht nicht. Für das Gas braucht man ein Feuerzeug, war aber keins da, wir haben das selbst besorgen müssen. Viele Mücken, haben Mittel dagegen besorgen müssen.
