Location was great. Very comfortable for the 6 of us. Plenty of space. The bedrooms were very spacious

There were 6 of us and so we had beds in the two bedrooms and the third room doubled as a dining room so that was a little awkward but that’s really the only negative and it worked well anyway

Location (amazing location right in the heart of venice and basically a couple of mins straight walk to St Marks square) Surprisingly spacious (2 large bedrooms and a living room as well). Having 2 bathrooms is also a plus (one is N ensuite and the other is a seperate bathroom) Located on the first floor only (I.e 1 set of stairs) and the stairs are fairly large and wide (makes carrying luggage up easier). I would consider this a big advantage in the context of Venice and comparing this to other property in Venice

Rubbish disposal can be a bit tricky - instructions are provided but it is a bit of an adventure Also no oven but other than that kitchen is fully suitable for cooking

Location is perfect, just a few steps to San Marco Square and Vallaresso vaporetto stop. The renovated apartment lies in a side alley off the high-end shopping street of Venice. It's on the first floor and of course no lift. It has two bathrooms. We were seven adults and were very comfortable

There are three air-conditioners but all are extremely noisy. We prefered to switch them off. Also the shower water temperature is uncontrollable.

Nice apartment, perfect location and ideal if you’re a heavy sleeper!

The hostess was friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was perfect to see the sights of Venice.

The hot water in both showers was unpredictable, going from hot to cold frequently. The noise from upstairs was annoying and caused my kids disrupted sleep.

Great accommodation for a great price.

The location is amazing. Moments away from San Marco and canals. Only one floor up but minimal stairs. Rosanna, the host, was fantastic to communicate with. She replied quickly to my messages and ensured we felt comfortable upon arrival. She explained directions and options before arrival as well. She checked in and showed me the heating system which was handy. The kitchen and bathrooms are fantastic. Newly renovated bathrooms a bonus. Enjoyed the hot showers.

The ceilings are so thin that we had very noisy neighbours upstairs. Im assuming they had a baby and were up walking and moving things at all hours (even at 2am, 3am and so on). Felt like they were going to fall through the roof. So maybe some good roof insulation would be ideal.

Venice Apartment

The bathrooms and kitchen were recently renovated in a modern style. The location in the city center was great, everything in walking distance. The assistance of Rosanna was exceptional!!

The house is older and staged with dated furniture. A remodeling of the whole apartment, to make it fit with the modern bathrooms and kitchen is advisable.

Great place

This was an unexpected gem. I'm sorry now that I was only able to stay here for one night. The location is steps away from San Marco. It's also very large and can easily accommodate a family of 6. The host was excellent. She gave us all kinds of useful information, including crystal-clear instructions on getting to the place, including train schedules and walking maps. Wifi was super fast and reliable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location is excellent for visiting San Marcos square. Plenty of restaurants in close proximity. The host, Elisa, was very accommodating in meeting us and trying to arrange a water taxi.

The unit could use air conditioning. We were there on a hot evening and it was uncomfortable temperature wise. It's an odd layout but the price and location were great for our one night stay.

何より立地！サンマルコ広場まで徒歩5分、ヴァポレットの最寄駅も徒歩3分。ハイブランドショップが並ぶ通りなのでわかりやすく安心感もあった。そして間取り。2ベッドルームと2バスルームはグループ旅行には必須。エレベーターなしの1階だけど、階段も広くて登りやすい。

不運にも上階から水漏れがあったこと。実害はなかったが、観光滞在中に思わぬアクシデントで電話やメッセージのやり取りに気を使った。

L'hote nous a bien renseigné sur l'itinéraire à prendre pour accéder à l'appartement par téléphone et par photos, elle nous a laissé les clés dans un coffre sécurisé vu que l'on est arrivé tard. Bel appartement fonctionnel et central

La propriétaire nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires pour trouver facilement l’appartement. Elle est très réactive aux questions posées via WhatsApp. L’appartement est fonctionnel, propre et confortable. La literie est agréable, et le débit d’eau est excellent, ce qui est appréciable à Venise, où la pression dans les salles de bain peut parfois être faible. Ici, tout est très confortable. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement 2 minutes de la place Saint-Marc. Un excellent séjour que nous renouvellerons avec plaisir dans cet appartement !

L’appartement est calme dans l’ensemble, à l’exception de la chambre donnant sur la cour, qui est particulièrement bruyante le matin. Il semble qu’une partie de l’hôtel voisin, peut-être une salle dédiée aux petits-déjeuners, soit située juste au-dessus de cette chambre. Dès 7h, le bruit devient conséquent. Toutefois, la propriétaire des lieux ne pourra probablement rien y faire.

サンマルコ広場から歩いてすぐで、2ベットルームでシャワー、トイレも2つずつあり、4人で宿泊しましたがとても快適でした。シャワーブースの広さも水量も快適でした。

Booking.comに掲載されていた住所と実際の住所が違っていた事です。それと部屋は日本で言う2階ですが、エレベーターがありませんでした。ですが、その事は特別問題ではありませんでした。住所変更しておいてくださいね。
