L’accueil chaleureux de Francesco, la localisation de l’appartement, le confort … c’était parfait ! Nous étions au cœur de Venise, dans un bel appartement spacieux et confortable qui nous a permis de profiter au mieux de notre premier séjour à Venise. Francesco est très gentil et arrangeant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons son logement à 100%

Very central to all the sights. Owner met us from boat & took us to property, he was lovely & very informative. Apartment was very traditional, very comfortable & had absolutely everything we needed. Owner replied to all WhatsApp, we were looking for restaurant recommendations & boat times etc. Although very central it was very peaceful in the evening. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment & would highly recommended.
The apartment was perfect, no complaints at all.

No estaba limpio
Las almohadas olían a estar usadas y echar colonia encima
El microondas no apetece usarlo d sucio y oxidado
La idea era haber cocinado algun dia pero se nos quito las ganas
No buscaba grandes lujos pero si una adecuada higiene
Por temas de vuelos pedimos estar una noche menos pero no se nos concedio pagamos los mismo que si hubieramos dormido una noche mas habiendo avisado unos 5 dias antes
